I think you've got a wrong point here. Technology is created to inspire us to work more, yes sometimes it may help our work to make it easier but that doesn't mean that millenials will not gonna reach their dream because of that. We can not blame capitalism, if we are going to set goals in life, we and the millenials can still afford to buy assets.

but with this technology, shouldn't it make our work lighter? of course, by utilizing its function more effectively or efficiently than before, this technology will be acceptable

Indeed, technology is one of a way to improved your lives and work easily. For me, because technology makes your task easy it does not means it can not lessen your hours in working. Sometimes, it is a protocol to a company that your works is 8hours though your work is easy or not still you need to fill that 8hrs of working to pay you back. Most company do it especially if you are in the service industry.

I think it will never happen because we are un age where it is very important to work if a person want good life. I appreciate the technology because it made our life a little easier. Yeah it is because rich are getting richer, no equalities among the human race and poor had only low life value. This is the reason for extending number hours of work (inhumane) and lowering wages for work. Technology has made our work more systematic and efficient, though todays internet world has made people nowadays less patience in terms of daily living. They're not trained to work hard and spent more time in doing tasks. They want their tasks to be done in few clicks and scan. The economy is always in favor of businessmen--protecting their rights and interests. While hardworking laborers are suffering the long hours away from their familis, only to earn the price that could sustin them for a day. Rich people are getting comfortable with steady and big cash flows, getting a vacation and doing their likes. Laborers are stuck in office getting longer hours with low salaries. Economy is unfair. It should be the workers getting decent amount of salary.
