Technology is very important in our daily works, there are many technologies are introduced in this new era in the different fields of business and we must adopt this technologies , it has the costs but you gain out of it , if this are applied in our different works ,what we do is work for it because the technology is there already applied.

Agree, with so many technological innovations that continue to improves, then robots working to replace humans as workers, then more and more people will be unemployed because most companies replace human labor into robotic labor. But if the government supports crypto, then I'm sure there will be many people who will be helped by income that can be obtained from crypto, because we know that to get income from crypto has many ways, so they are free to choose what they like.

it is very true what you convey the results of good and bad technology depends on the users themselves depending on the purpose and the purpose of the users of these technologies There is nothing wrong with capitalism. What is wrong is human greed. Many capitalists do not do charity and have contributed to society. The poor are just machines with them. The current economic split is particularly serious. Perhaps the future of socialism is what we are looking for. Millennials are a tragic generation.
Future demands make people work harder, cannot relax because of competition for efficiency. Emerging technologies improve quality and competitive prices. Cryptocurrency is no exception, where bitcoin as the earliest coin has now been followed by thousands of altcoins. Until now, bitcoin is still the leader of cryptocurrency. 
Yes, technology should improved our work and not to increase. I've been expose in accounting and I did manual calculation for sometime and later on using excel and formulas and even VBA coding. With the proper programming, our work can definitely decrease. I'm also seeing nowadays that young workforce has a good salary range compare to before and they were able to travel more rather than buying properties.

This is a problem that we are facing almost all over the world, productivity has grown up many times over during the last decades and the pay the workers get for their work is not going up and in some cases is going down, that is a huge problem and unfortunately I do not see a solution to it, because if the government passed a law to try to make businesses to pay more to their employees those businesses will just fire all their employees and let the computers do their job. 
If we know technology it is our duty to use it for a good purpose and in this era online job market is expanded and i want to work for crypto to make it a source of income for me and technology have brought many things easy for us and technology makes things good and we have to work more so we can be successful in the world.

Work these says are determined by skills. Let’s say that you’re well experienced in operating a tech, then you will probably have bigger pay and working same time as others. But in some countries, it’s never like that. There are people with much experience but they never get paid based on their skills and experience. In my country where I live it’s even worst. Tech doesn’t make things easier for most people. Some employees even have the mindset that when there is tech involve there wouldn’t be much stress, so they shouldn’t pay you much. Really bad.

I do understand that quite a lot of persons are really finding it diffurlty to make ends meet. With the level of technology we have at the moment, technology isn't made available for all and sundry as only the rich are still able to own them.
actually, technology improve us to be better in any aspect, though need more work to do it. but it still make sense. without it, people will outdated. capitalism is always be happen in any place. people want to make big profit with low issuance. and if you want everything in your life is easy, just be capitalism performer. but im sure that everybody is required to hardwork for their life.
I don't think capitalism is the problems here but lack of skills to operate in this technological era in the sense that many people now complains of machines and the advent of technology taking they jobs from them but I always attribute this to underdevelopment because the technology was to be an advantage to us rather it being seen as a couse. We need the relevant skill for us to be able to comecerate our human efforts with technology in other to have a balance of everything.
For me these technologies nowadays has nothing to do with how much a person could earn and learn from their job essentially technology has been a big help in our everyday routine and It's not that its the one that gives us our wages and overall needs, its the business that we are working with so we have to have all this courage to make this great.
