The servers of this site are located in Moscow, which confirms that these are scammers. No server of the company Pavel Durova is located on the territory of the Russian Federation! And the older brother - Nikolai Durov does not look like the photo!

I think this will be a very successful ICO, I don't think we have seen an ICO with such a great working product before the launch of their ICO. I am expecting this one to break the record for the most raised.
This is great so cryptocurrency community will be bigger because many adoption of blockchain technology. This telegram ICO will be huge and many investor will jump it. Telegram that has a million user will know about this ICO and will be good sign for ICO markets.

Here you know that it will be hyped so bad and this is why you should look to invest in it if it really shows up, have in mind that they haven't actually said anywhere with an official statement yet - this could be done on purpose to let the hype begin. It doesn't matter what it is and what it is used for, what matters is who is behind it - big company called telegram.
yes this is the new buzz, but so many success before ico? i don't what will hapeen, look waht ahappen to Bancor which was the biggest ico last year, nothing much, however evrything is possible

The only reason bothers me is that Durov and officials don't disclose any information regarding ICO. At the same time, media claims that amount collected on pre-ICO exceeds 4 bln $! Can you believe?!
If I understand very well no one for sure don't know when this ICO start or is for real?
