They obviously could do a blockchain project and become very successful. However, the way this news is coming out seems strange. I think a scam claiming to be a Telegram ICO is in the works. A lot of people would fall for it.

I love telegram and it is my best way to know if the ICO or bounty campaign is good or not because telegram members cannot be purge and when an ICO or bounty campaign telegram channel have many active members then I never doubt that those ICO and bounty campaigns are good one and not a scam or fraud.

Well, I see many usages personally :
- Buy with tokens to create a bot easilly with presets,
- Buy with tokens to make international voice calls (like Skype or Viber),
- Buy with tokens to unlock some functions (skins, emojis, stickers, etc.)
And of course : set a marketplace and easily transfer tokens with your friends.
