I think there no possible problem that bitcoin can encounter in the incoming 5 years but if there are some problem that bitcoin can encounter, I think the things that can we contribute in bitcoin to be the most authoritative in the world of currency system in this world are using bitcoin often as means of payment and be a bitcoin user and bitcoin advertiser in different way and that time we can help bitcoin to have stable place in the world of currency system.

My prediction to Bitcoin for the next years to come is that it will continue to grow. However, this continues growth of demand, price and value will not be forever. In my opinion, there will come a time that Bitcoin demand will start to fall and so as the price. With that, Bitcoin holders will start on bulk selling their Bitcoins which will then lead to a dramatic down fall of demand and price. This is like the stock market that no one know when it will happen.

Yet, seeing the growth of bitcoin it was predicted that it may hit $8k to $10k by 2020, but as of now it seems that it may cross even the $10k level. If it happens big companies starts adopting bitcoin and alternatively the popularity increases tending the price to go even higher.

I think the answer is both and I think it will depend to people who have how they will use it. In addition to that, as of now you can say that bitcoin is a currency because you can use it in different kind of transaction but somehow you can also say it is an asset. Lastly, I do believe that bitcoin is a currency and an asset.

But I would say chances are more likely that it grows bigger since I see a lot of potential and that huge companies and websites are using bitcoins as a payment method. Bitcoin is the future. I don't see bitcoin being ''dead'' any time soon. That phase will be over.

Bitcoin will continue to spread and become faster and better for seure transactions.

Fiat currency is going down the drain. It becomes worth less each year. Look at many countries who go into a huge crisis. Venezeula got hit really hard, if many people were able to buy into bitcoin down there they could have saved themselves. It is sad they didn't know about it.

I think the recent rumors and sensitive news is very effective in helping to strengthen the bitcoin, the attitude of community and bitcoin investors is very smart in handling any news that applies, including the ICO ban in china which I think only gives effect for one or two days .

My prediction in the future is that Bitcoin will continue to face more complex challenges, and what I am worried about only if there is a breakdown in bittrex and poloniex markets, this will have a big effect on bitcoin prices.

Botcoin is known to be a very well respected cryptocurrency due to the fact that it's the first ever cyptocurrency and the price of it is way more better than any of the altcoins you know. Not sometimes the bitcoins are most used for the illegal purpose only. Where we have the opportunity to use this Bitcoin in a legal way. We can not invest bitcoins in any business, and no legal company can accept this Bitcoin as an investment. But day by day the Bitcoin investors are increasing, and the price is increasing. End of the day what we will need the high price no worries before completing this year the price may reach $5k.

Maybe bitcoin will reaches $5k or maybe it will reaches $10k as the time passes by. Because as you can see as of now. The value of bitcoin is continually rising up. And i wish it will continue. It will benefit the bitcoin users.

In my own personal point of view, my predictions in bitcoin is almost everyone in the world will ise bitcoin as a source of income and the government would accept bitcoin as a legal currency. The only problems that bitcoin would face if some predictions are true that bitcoins price will dump in the near future and i hope that will never happen.

for the addition of this i invested my savings $5000 to BTC last week when it dump to $3500 and this will be my gift to myyself .. i will geet my money after the newyear .. and im pretty sure for a good pump..

It's very fun to read positive comments but we have to put some limitations because bitcoin is not going to replace the present system.
We have the government who are in charge of everything, bitcoin could be adopted by businesses but not all will adopt as not every business requires an online transaction. Instead of panic selling we should do panic buying because that is the best thing to do in this kind of scenario because it is like having a second time to become big time just after a few weeks because if you see that the price of bitcoin drop to a very low price mark this week but it recovers fast and if you buy a lot of bitcoins in that time then you already made a thousand dollars of profit.
