I don't see bitcoin nor crptocurrencies taking over the place of paper money. It can only be an option or alternative to fiat. So, it will be an advantage to guys who have it now.
Alternative to FIAT? Haha do you think that future can become true while cryptocurrency have not benifit with governments? Bitcoin just can grow more if it changes it's nature. However, if Bitcoin do that, it look like FIAT and not interesting with us. 
I didn't understand your point. Why is that if bitcoin improves, it becomes like FIAT? Or by "it changes it's nature" you meant something else?
My prediction about bitcoin is that all the drawbacks will be fixed in due time, and bitcoin will become more popular than it is now, and the price of it will rise many times.

But it seems like we are gonna touch five thousand dollars tomorrow, i have faith in that, and i hope it is gonna be stable at that price, because it seems that there is gonna be a correction in there.

Tomorrow is not possible, Bitcoin has achieved landmark 4800 dollars and now it is showing signs of decline, bitcoin needs some extra time to accumulate and then reach the value $5000 as you predicted. That's given. Governements will always try to find a way to tax anything hat generates money. I'm not sure how that will blend though because as we all know btc can be pretty hard to control and manipulate by governments

my prediction for bitcoin in the next years, for sure its value will continue to rise. that way, the government will surely notice the bitcoin phenomenon that dominates the stock market with a higher exchange rate than gold. and certainly the government will implement a special regulation governing bitcoin in a country.

Well the number one obstacle is scalability, if we assume the last 5 years will triple or quadruple in the next 5 years, we would need 3MB or 4MB blocks.
So segwit largely has this under control for the next year or two, but then in 3 years you would likely need Segwit + 2MB blocks.
My preditcion is that BTC will rise and grow its market and more and more people will begin to use it as wee see technology development.Basically,I see a bright future for BTC and I really hope it happens. 
Yes it will surely happen in future as bitcoin is becoming popular day by day and we are also witnessing increase in user base of bitcoin and if that continues then it will take price to higher level in future.
This year the price of bitcoin had positive changes, and if we compare the current value with the value at the beginning of the year, the difference is really significant. But I believe that more positive changes may come before the end of this year, I would say 680 USD would be a reasonable value.
The price of bitcoin is sky-rocketed and has already made it to 4600$ reaching new heights. It anticipate it to be 5000$ in next few days if it continue to rise with this pace. And most possibly I seek it to be even more by end of this year.
