I think the price of bitcoin in this year will return to 2800 - 3000 $ hope this can be achieved. Because the issue of bitcoin in this year is very good and the possibility of rising bitcoin is certain
I dont think it will drop to less than 2000 usd anymore at all unless it is forbidden by some developed countries completely and the others follow the same. Even than it will pick up fast. I expect it to go around 5000 usd in 1-2 years since more and more countries are looking to regulate/legalize it rather than banning it so it is a matter of time to see some big waves in rates. This is not an investment advice.
You echo my opinion.I believe $2k is a new floor price till next year.In 2018 it will cross $3.5k.With every passing day bitcoin demand is increasing and we all know about its limited supply.Do I need say more? It is really hard to believe that there is something that can grow with the rate of 50% a year. Not to say 200% a year. There is always a correction stage and it should be coming soon.

Well, nobody expects bitcoin to move based on what they want to, and we all know that bitcoin do these a lot. I just hope these pump or "rise" continues until next year, I didn't mean that it will always rise, I mean I hope it do not dump bigger, I hope the last dump happened last week is the last. And I also hope, that even these August, the price don't change.

I have read an article about the prediction of some experts for this year, they are saying that it's still possible for bitcoin to reach $10k for this year

10k usd? There have to be a lot of major news for bitcoin price to increase that much. My prediction for this year is bitcoin to reach $2000 and that one already achieved, so $3000 as stable price at the end of the year seems possible with 6 months to go.
More adopters and buyers to pump the price of bitcoin.
I can see that the price of bitcoin will go back to $1500 again because of the fear of people to miss out their profits so very soon we will see a good dumping price for bitcoin and it will go back or reach lower price than $1500 which is a lot of people are waiting for.
I know there is many people same as you wasting their time and waiting to decrease the bitcoin price but keep it mind bitcoin price will be more rise because Japan adopt the bitcoin and I hope slowly slowly more countries will be adopting bitcoin so I am sure bitcoin willl be more rising its price. I don't aggre with the assumption of going back to 1500$. It might go back before/when USAF is Happening but after that is resolved it will just go to an new ATH.

It is always the case with purely financial assets. We never know where the price might go. We may set some reference points or even "landmarks" of sorts, but market almost always knows better (than we do). And Bitcoin is not an alien or exception to this rule. We may think that Bitcoin price is not going to reach 3,000 dollars any time soon after the correction (or crash) that we experienced a week ago but it may jump over there right within the next week
Or crash lower down to 1,000 dollars (or below)
After a few weeks ago seeing bitcoin prices skyrocket, I'm sure the future of bitcoin will get better.
Its never depended upon if the price rise means it will continue to rise. There was a reason of Japan due to which price surge more than it was expected and as a result fall came from 2500$ . Some times price rise just due to speculation that it will increase in future as well and smart people start selling here and as a result price dips.

I think Bitcoin will live forever the number of users are increasing. There's no turning back in bitcoin it will continue to move forward and raise awareness to everyone.
Bitcoin will not live forever bitcoin can live only few decades . Remember we are in online world everthing is possible to happen. They have the day for sure that bitcoin die and replace by another crypto thats the big truth that you can know. But as of now bitcoin become stronger and I hope they live long because they earn money because bitcoin gives opportunity to us to earn money even what status you are.I don't think so, because if BTC reaches 1M$, it wont have happened suddenly. It will take a few years to say the least, and in that time, if people is smart enough, all kind of business will be accepting bitcoin so there would be no need to sell them, you will just be able to buy a yatcht or whatever (the most expensive street in Madrid now accepts BTC as payment)
As to me, we won't be able to reach values like 1M dollars per coin in a consistent way. To get there we would need either tremendous adoption of Bitcoin by merchants (but unless the issues with fees and confirmation times are resolved we can hardly even talk of that) or millions of coins removed from circulation and stashed away. In the latter case, the price could be indefinitely high (since supply will be running dry), but this will come at a cost
And the cost would be insane volatility
