It will be Dimitrov and Nishikori in the Men's Brisbane International final and I think Nishikori will win. Both players had hard fought 1st sets against their opponents but after that they both easily won in the end. And both players are looking good heading into the Australian Open, I think this year any of the top 20 players in the Men's draw can win the Australian Open. Of course Murray and Djokovic will be hard to beat but anything can happen. By the way congrats to Djokovic on winning the Qatar Open against Murray, that was a great match.

It's nice to see Djokovic winning. I think he really got affected last year, after losing in the Olympics, and the US Open. At least his level decreased a lot. I would like to see the old Djokovic back, because I really enjoy his attitude in the game.

It is an intense match.
It looked like Djoker was going to take it with 5-3 in the third set but now Muarry is creating pressure for him and making it 40-0 in the 5-4.
Who knows who will win this one.
Come on NOLE!

And finally Djoker won the match how about that  Tongue I am glad that Novak Djokovic won the tournament after a really bad 2016 as he was suffering a lot in terms of his form and losing many matches and that was his worst year in his pro career,Murray is still number one with the defeat and this makes things interesting when we head to the Australian Open .

important victory for djokovic especially its moral for this 2017.
But Murray has extended his lead of 150 points in the ATP ranking (he had no points to defend) instead Djokovic had also won last year, and then he simply defended the 250 points last year.

ATP ranking update afted Doha:
1) Murray   12560
2) Djokovic 11780

Final in Doha as expect, it will be between currently two best players Murray and Djokovic. I will not pick the winner bur will go on gems here cuz i expect from both of them to play very good and attractive tennis. Bet will be over 21.5 gems and think it can be easily happen.
well its good to know that there's a good one to pick here as i really don't know which player is better than the two, i consider this pick as a good one mate thanks and good luck let see if we see 3 set here to make our bet to have some edge.

I also think that match will be in 3 sets and expect that they will play good match.
Also think hat in current form Murray have slight advantage.
I am going with Murray Smiley Both are equally strong and both are in good form but if you see Murray's previous match against Berdych you can see him very confident . I will take a risk and place my bets on Murray ( parlay with Man utd and chelsea match )

Well the Hopman Cup final will be fought out between France and the USA after Bencic and Federer were knocked out even though Federer won his match but Bencic lost and they also lost the mixed doubles. I think now the USA will win.

What a great win by Raonic coming from a set down to beat Nadal 2-1 and advance to the semi finals of the Brisbane International where he will now face Dimitrov. I'm actually looking forward to watching Nishikori V Wawrinka in the other semi final.

Interesting matches today both in Qatar and Australia

Doha
Verdasco F. (Esp) - Djokovic N. (Srb)
Murray A. (Gbr) - Berdych T. (Cze)

I expect to see final Murray Djokovic just like last year ended.

Interesting in match in progress in Brisbane where Raonic and Nadal are playing currently Nadal leads
I am gonna parlay these two

Djokovic to win 2:0
Murray v Berdych , over 21.5 games Smiley
I like Murray to win this one and the odds are nice.
But why do you think over 21.5 games to finish off Berdych?
He isn't as strong as Murray is.
Match is over now.

So who do your think will win tomorrow's finals?
It is pretty hard to decide on a winner because finals they go all out.
And today Novak looked injuried on his knee when he was near the end of the third set.

The final in Doha seems already written, djokovic vs murray.
while interesting and balanced the semifinals of Brisbane: Dimitrov vs Raonic (won 2-1 against Nadal) and Nishikori vs Wawrinka.each of the four can win the tournament.
It seems that Djokovic is having some trouble with Fernando V. first.
We will see it is still the 3rd and final set right now.

I'm really curious to see the next Australian Open for various reasons:

1) Murray will reconfirm n.1 or Djokovic will recover the leadership?
2) Nadal(won in 2009) and Fededer(4-time winner) have just returned but seem to have a good run of form! They could undermine Djokovic and Murray.
3) What will the strong Wawrinka,Cilic, Raonic and Nishikori?
4) and young players as  Thiem,Zverev,Kyrgios?

Count Raonic, Nishikori and Thiem out of this grandslam, I just don't see they have the grandslam winning spirit, they might end their career without any grandslam title at all. I like what I heard from the Mubadala Championship's commentators, you can't just play so good in whole tournament and just lost in the crucial round, Raonic, Nishikori and Thiem is three of them.

I agree with you on this, I also think Nadal is starting to find form and most likely will win the French Open but I can't see him winning any of the other Grand Slams. Maybe even Federer can challenge the top players to win Wimbledon as he has one of the best records at that tournament. I'm sure that one day soon we will see Nick Kyrgios win a Grand Slam because as you said and I have been saying for a while here that he has so much talent and people can see how good he is but he needs to get his head straight first.
I agree with you too when you say Nadal is going to be on top of this game this year and has a great chance to win French open but I don't agree with you when you tell the day is near where Kyrgios will win a Grand slam . No , its way too far from now . He doesn't have patience  , doesn't have consistency , doesn't play well under pressure . He still needs a lot of experience .

Good statement here.
1 hard to happen on Djokovic cuz both will go to semis at least
2 dont think they can go far Federer might but Nadal is finished long ago
3 Raonic and Cilic
4 bad time for them right now cuz big ones are in top form and some old ones are returning to right form
1. Its a really close call between Murray and Djokovic. I think Djokovic will reclaim no.1 spot in the first half of the season.
2. Nadal is back in form and Federer is also getting warmed up now. He lost to Zverev recently but it shouldnt bother him much and will only help him in time to fix the issues by the time AO starts.
3. I expect a lot from Raonic but he crumbles in the Semi's or Finals of events. Nishikori should hit is peak form right about now and will be interesting to see what he brings up against Top 4 competitors.
4. Expect big things from Thiem and Zverev but I always question Kyrgios's mentality. I dont think he will ever be a great player. Is a good competitor at times but not great.

This year I am convinced that Nadal will make a great season, maybe not win The australian open but will win his Roland Garros.
Kyrgios is a crazy player but also very talented and for me in his career to win the Grand Slam tournaments

Roger Federer won once again and is looking really good for the up and coming Australian Open. Bencic also won her match and both her and Federer also won the mixed doubles which gives Switzerland another win and are equal with France on points. They now will play France to see which team will make it through to the final of the Hopman Cup. Like I said I think it will be Switzerland or USA that will win and most likely be the final as well.
Wait.. are you even following the events? Roger Federer lost the match to Alex Zverev. Bencic did win her match and mixed doubles though. I really like the Hopman cup setup and hope more tourneys like this pop up more often.
Yes Roger Federer lost the game aginst Alex by 7-6 (1) 6-7 (4) 7-6 (4). It was very tight match final Alex beat x number one player in the last set. He played superbly I was not expected that Alex would win this game. Last set there was huge fluctuation in betting odds. But finally, Alex won the game. I think many gamblers lost their bet. Congrats Alex. yup is now coming matches become very interesting.

Yeah sorry I read the wrong results and watched the wrong match with Federer.

USA easily beat Australia and I knew that this was going to happen as Australia were already out of the Hopman Cup so in a way there wasn't much point in trying to win but just a practice match for them to get ready for the Australian Open. It was good to see Gavrilova get a win though and should help her get some confidence leading into the Australian Open.
