Well schedule for first gland slam is posted on official page from them. This will be very interesting in several ways first Djokovic will play with Verdasco in R1, it thing go well and all favorites pass then he would play in next order R2 Istomin, R3 Carreno, R4 Dimitrov, QF Thiem, SF Raonic or Nadal and F Murray/Federer (placed Federer here cuz he didnt play half of last year and we dont know in what shape he is).

This is my view on this also predict some QF matches think this will be great if comes like this

Murray v Nishikori
Wawrinka v Cilic
Monfils v Raonic
Thiem v Djokovic

Didnt placed Federer here cuz if he lose then this would be list in that case.

I agree with you, but you can add some alternatives:

Murray vs Federer/Nishikori
Wawrinka/Kyrgios vs Tsonga/Cilic
Monfils/Nadal vs Raonic
Thiem vs Djokovic

Great fight between Brown and Baghdatis . Great comeback by Baghdatis , brown gave his all but Bagh managed to come back from behind and win this one . Sock v Ryan is about to start , Ryan has a big serve and aggressive forehand but I will stick with Sock to win this match.

Wasn't able to watch that one. I really liked the game from João Sousa though.
I think he has a consistent game, I still remember his game vs Del Potro on the Olympics, and I became a "fan" after that game.
I want to see how he deals with Robin Haase now in the quarter finals.
I watched a lot Joao Sousa playing on TV, all I can say is don't expect too much from him, trust me. His past game statistic is not as consistent as you think, he can be good and sometimes he can be such a loser. He is easy frustrating man, when he make some stupid mistake he will starting to smash his racquet, just unprofessional, that racquet is so expensive, waste of resources. Just my opinion, nothing personal.
Yeah I agree with the inconsistency of Joao Souza. He plays as good as Murray(once in a blue moon) sometimes but that is really rare. His game is all about running around and making shots which he does well but, when it comes to attacking or offensive play, he makes useless errors. I generally dont bet on or against him unless he's playing against top 10 players and im sure that he'll lose.
He is a bit like Benoit Paire who is extremely talented but once gets off mood then gets totally wrong.
It is like they are kids who once get upset cannot survive the burden, I hardly ever bet on such players because they are just too unstable and the odds also on such players are not too high.

I am looking forward to the match between Bouchard and Johanna Konta because both the players on their best day can upset anyone. I hope Bouchard defeats her opponent because winning the APIA tournament will give a good boost to her in Australia open.

It is an intense match.
It looked like Djoker was going to take it with 5-3 in the third set but now Muarry is creating pressure for him and making it 40-0 in the 5-4.
Who knows who will win this one.

Actually Djokovic played relatively well in that match ( if someone doesn't know he has won the match ) if you see and compare with the match he played against Verdasco then you will find that Djokovic played terrible and at a time Verdasco had 5 match points. Anyways hope he has a terrific 2017 as he has started great already.
I agree , he didn't loose his cool in the third set and played very well compared to his previous matches . He would have won it in second set but Murray didn't give up and played brilliant aggressive tennis during Djo serve . It was an entertaining , interesting match.

Yeah, I watched the match between Djokovic and Verdasco and it was really intense  Grin. Now, Djokovic and Murray has set the bar for 2017. Djokovic started the year with a win over the no. 1 Murray. I think Djokovic wants to reclaim the no. 1 spot but it will not be easy. Both of them have something to prove,

Novak Djokovic single handedly made me lose some major bets in 2016 when he suddenly went out of form and his performance even against other players were really poor and with winning a good match and the tournament in Qatar Open against Andy Murray will give him the much needed confidence ,i was really not confident to wage on Djokovic this entire tournament fearing his form and i thought Andy would win this one but Djokovic is back in form i guess and Australian open is approaching to make some bucks . Smiley
The gamblers have a lot of hopes on Australian open. Don't know what happen. Yes, last year I think it was the worst year for Djokovic he lost too many tournaments and lost matches against low-rank players and came down from number one rank lot of sad incidents happened. I think in this year Djokovic may come back to his form let's see hoe he perform in Aus open.
I have all my focus on Nadal this year . This is a big tournament and I wish he plays well and reach atleast semi finals so that he won't let his fans down. Djokovic will come back this year without any doubt , he will end the year as Number 1 once again .

Djokovic is a different man, huge different since we last saw him in the world tour final. I think he have sort out his problem, this man right here is more confident than ever. No matter what rank Djokovic have right now, the no.1 quality will always stay on his blood. Andy Murray leftover some effort in this competition, not giving full effort. I has no idea how this year Australia Open will turning to, maybe a blockbuster movie.

Dimitrov surprisingly won in Brisbane, he was not the favorite among the four semifinalists (Raonic, Wawrinka, nishikori). For him, a great way to start the year.
Nishikori has instead wasted the opportunity to get closer to his best ranking.
he's only 245 points from third place currently occupied by Milos Raonic.

Yeah that was a great win for Dimitrov and a great lead up going into the Australian Open. Not many people gave him much of a chance as like you said he was never the favorite in any of the 2 matches he played the semi final and the final so he can match it with the best in tennis.

France was a surprise for me winning the Hopman Cup as I thought the USA would win anyway congrats to France on the win, they deserved it.

And finally Djoker won the match how about that  Tongue I am glad that Novak Djokovic won the tournament after a really bad 2016 as he was suffering a lot in terms of his form and losing many matches and that was his worst year in his pro career,Murray is still number one with the defeat and this makes things interesting when we head to the Australian Open .

important victory for djokovic especially its moral for this 2017.
But Murray has extended his lead of 150 points in the ATP ranking (he had no points to defend) instead Djokovic had also won last year, and then he simply defended the 250 points last year.

ATP ranking update afted Doha:
1) Murray   12560
2) Djokovic 11780

This is not the point point here is that he won after long time in some final, more important is that now Murray will be under pressure for upcoming Australian open he lost final yesterday, and for more they play phenomenal tennis my bet come over 21.5 gems but almost lost when i saw that Djokovic could won in two sets. Never the less it will be very interesting to see them both in AO and from all matches here and some other tournament expect to see awesome battles here on AO. Cant wait for it to start.

It will be Dimitrov and Nishikori in the Men's Brisbane International final and I think Nishikori will win. Both players had hard fought 1st sets against their opponents but after that they both easily won in the end. And both players are looking good heading into the Australian Open, I think this year any of the top 20 players in the Men's draw can win the Australian Open. Of course Murray and Djokovic will be hard to beat but anything can happen. By the way congrats to Djokovic on winning the Qatar Open against Murray, that was a great match.

It's nice to see Djokovic winning. I think he really got affected last year, after losing in the Olympics, and the US Open. At least his level decreased a lot. I would like to see the old Djokovic back, because I really enjoy his attitude in the game.
It was an awesome match where we could see the strength and weakness of both players . Murray just lost concentration for one game in the third set and that was enough for Djokovic to take the match away from him . Murray did well to come back in second set though but couldn't repeat the same in the third set.
