The second day of today's Bangladesh vs Pakistan Test match was the favorite for Pakistan and Pakistan declared for 6 wickets and invited Bangladesh to the first innings with 448 runs. But one thing is that if Mohammad Rizwan could have dealt with a few more overs, his double century might have been completed.  He needed only 29 runs to complete his double century. However, Bangladesh got off to a good start and ended the second day of the innings unscathed on 27 runs.  Tomorrow Bangladesh will be able to face in full swing but my long test looks very likely to be a draw.

Pakistan now collect 405 runs with the loss of 6 wickets. Pakistan collected 240 runs from Shakeel-Rizwan pair. Due to the responsible batting of these two batsmen, Pakistan has been able to collect big. Pakistan's top order could not bat well in this match.

I expected better bowling from the Bangladeshi bowlers. If the bowlers did well, the match would have been competitive. However, I have no expectations from the Bangladeshi batsmen. Because the performance of Bangladeshi batsmen in Test format is always bad. I don't see any possibility of Bangladeshi batsmen scoring 400+ against Pakistani bowlers.

It was remarkable that Pakistan batted better than the team in the second day of the Test match, Pakistan batted interestingly today. Two batsmen of Pakistan team took the team to a very high level today, but Bangladesh is not very good today. Saud Shakeel 141 runs and Mohammad Rizwan 134 both scored a big score today. Mohammad Rizwan is still unbeaten, but he will try to take the team to a better level, at the moment Pakistan team has 367 runs and 5 wickets, Pakistan team has the potential to make a bigger score.

Mohammad Rizwan and Saud Shakil performed well in today's second innings, but this partnership fell apart at the moment. Saud Shakeel got out scoring 141 which was the best performance for this match.  However, the runs that Pakistan team collected in the first match, Bangladesh team will fail to meet this run target. Because the batting of Bangladesh team is very weak and not patient, this match depends on the bowling performance. Babar Azam gone for duck and i was thinking its very difficult for Pakistan to get back in this test match but the Partnerships between Soud Shakeel and Muhammad Rizwan get back Pakistan in winning position. from Bangladesh Hasan Mahmud and Shoriful Islam fast bowler bowl well both picked 2, 2 wickets but after that no bowlers picked any wicket. Soud Shakeel batting performance is amazing scored his third century in test cricket and playing at 126 runs unbeaten. Muhammad  Rizwan also scored a century and currently playing at 120 runs. This partnership help Pakistan team to scored a huge total in first inning against Bangladesh.

SL vs ENG

Just watched highlights, good recovery from SL after being 6-3, and managing to reach 236 score — excellent stuff from Dhananjaya De Silva and Rathnayake, bit unfortunate run-out to end the SL inning but it's alright.

Pakistan have already scored 300 runs and have not lost any more wickets. Pakistan collected 304 runs after losing 4 wickets. Saud Shakeel and Mohammad Rizwan are batting well. Both have collected 100+.

Rawalpindi's first innings average score on this pitch is 338 runs. Pakistan have already accumulated 304 runs with the loss of only 4 wickets. So I don't think it is a difficult task for Pakistan to collect 400+. I think it is impossible for the Bangladesh team to win this match. Because Bangladesh batsmen's performance is weak and erratic in Test format. I will not be surprised if Bangladesh lose this match by an innings margin.

It was very unlikely that Sri Lanka would perform well against England at England's ground. England team is strong. And England team is more experienced than Sri Lanka in Test format. We have seen better performances from England in the Test format in the last few matches.

Sri Lanka collected only 236 runs in the first innings against England's bowlers. A collection of 236 runs on this pitch is not a good collection. Sri Lankan batsmen De Silva 74 and Milan Rathnayake 72 were dismissed. On the other hand, both Woakes and Bashir picked up three wickets each. England's bowlers bowled well.

Had Sri Lanka scored 300+ then the match was likely to be competitive. I think the match will be one sided. At the end of the first day, England scored 22 runs without losing any wicket. But if the Sri Lankan bowlers can pick quick wickets in the coming days then the match will be competitive.

Bangladesh definitely need a breakthrough to come back into the match, with the running duo of Shakeel, Rizwan making Bangladesh suffer a lot. Rizwan has already completed his third Test century of his career, Shakeel is also 4 runs away from the century. Spinners have bowled more than twenty five overs so far but failed to pick up a wicket, today Bangladesh bowling performance is very weak, the performance of Bangladesh from the beginning of the first day well, but I can see the opposite picture today. Pakistan are heading towards a big collection, now the match is completely under their control.

This is not the first time we are seeing such a strange performance of Bangladesh. We are fed up to see such poor performance of Bangladeshi players.

Saud Shakeel and Rizwan are the most trusted batsmen of Pakistan team and are famous for playing Test matches. Because they are already so close to the century, not a single wicket has fallen today despite the higher wicket pay to begin with. The first innings of the second match saw the first of 4 wickets but not a single wicket fell in the second innings. 

This is the most risky for the Bangladesh team, because if the Pakistan team scores more runs, the Bangladesh team will be under a lot of pressure. So now the chance is now to beat Pakistan team under bowling pressure of Bangladesh team, so captain of Bangladesh team should control right bowlers at right time.

Nahid Rana should not be bowled today as he has scored the most runs, now Shakib Al Hasan, Mehdi Hasan Miraj, and Shariful Islam will have to manage the match. Because their bowling performance is currently very good but the only bad performance is Nahid Rana who bowled 15 overs and gave 80 runs which is a risk for Bangladesh team.

It feels like Bangladesh ran out of carrots in just 70 overs, especially the last 30 overs and looking depressing.

Virtually zero assists for spinners atm and the way young seamer Nahid Rana went with his business, it'll be tougher for Bangbros, this kid bowled some filthy spell. Need a breakthrough asap, otherwise, this duo of Shakeel-Rizwan will do more damage.

When Pakistan lost some early wickets, I thought it was a bowling pitch where the bowlers might benefit. But Pakistani batters slowly recovered and proved me wrong. I assume they lost the early wickets because of the new ball and the wet pitch. Rizwan and Shakeel are playing too well, to be honest. The partnership between these two batters are now 140+ and they become dangerous at this moment.

Bangladeshi bowlers have to do something exceptional to remove them. If these two batters can continue 30 more overs, that will be enough for Pakistan to declare the innings. Bangladeshi batters are struggling in all the categories. They are not performing for a while now.

Day 2 of the test match between Bangladesh and Pakistan is currently underway, and Pakistan has scored 250 runs in 66 overs. Pakistan still have six wickets in the first innings on the second day so if they can bat well today they can put up a better score. However, Pakistan team will try hard enough to make a big score, Bangladesh team must bowl well. On the second day, however, Pakistan team will want to play for wickets, in which case Bangladesh team will have to follow suit and bowl well.

Bangladesh's bowling line was good yesterday. Abdullah Shafique, Shan Masood, Babar Azam, they got out quickly and Pakistan were under pressure. I think Babar Azam should not have to play that ball in which he has out. The ball was going to the outside but he touched the ball. The ball went on the behind and keeper does not dropped that chance, he had to catch by taking a hard and long dive but he picked it up.

Hasan and Shoriful Islam started the bowling for Bangladesh and they both players destroyed the Pakistan batting line up at the start and gave a huge lead to their team, after Abdullah Shafique and Shan Masood, there was the last hope of Babar Azam at that time but he has out too.

Yes you are right they are in home ground and still they are not playing well. Especially the openers players. Like Abdullah Shafiq and Shan Masood and especially Baba Azam. This is a test match and they can play easily and in this format a player remain easy because he has not limit for overs. But I don't know what they were doing. Well I appreciate the Bangladesh team bowling they are playing well. Let's wait for the finishing of first inning of Pakistan and let's what will Bangladesh do I think they will do better as compare to Pakistan and they will make a good lead for them and may be they will win at the end.
