But I think they way indian coach G.Gambir give statement that now we should focus on bowling but not batting because if our batsman scored 500 it will be chase able but if our bowlers took 7 to 10 wicket early on then match will be easily shifted in our favor so I think that why they prepare completely bowling favorable pitches so that can test his bowling and batting lineup but unfortunately thier batter were not prepared for such horrible things and they collapse. While on the other hand new Zealand were easily managing things. Hope indian will show sign of comeback in second innings

This Test has gone out of India's control as I wonder if India have any strategy to save this match after being bowled out for 46 runs. Indian batsmen didn't understand but New Zealand batsmen are not having trouble playing on this pitch and are batting brilliantly. New Zealand has already collected 100 runs by one wicket and there are several overs left in today's session and for now if New Zealand can finish the second day without losing a wicket but if they can bat for two whole sessions tomorrow then New Zealand will definitely win this match.

Definitely they made a mistake in their toss, batting in the overcast condition is always a death toll along with some sloppy efforts from the batters too now Kiwis got the best time to bat on and probably if they go on for Day 2 then it becomes paradise apart from the first few overs of the day.

And as you said why they bring in an extra spinner which probably going to be another failure once we see the progression.

The batting performance of the Indian team in their Test match against New Zealand today was truly ridiculous. They were bowled out for just 46 runs, perhaps the worst batting performance India has ever seen in a Test match. Matt Henry and William ORourke and Southee all bowled out India today. Anyway the New Zealand team is batting and they are going great but I think they will give India a good target in today's match.

Indian team collected only 46 runs. We don't think India will bat that badly on their home ground. This is not the worst innings in India's history. India scored only 36 runs against Australia in 2020. But it was not India's home series.

The pitch may not have been batting friendly. However, the Indian squad is very experienced. So we never expect such performance from them. However, I do not see any possibility of India winning in this match. Even then if the Indian bowlers can bowl well then the match is likely to be competitive. The New Zealand team has already collected 17 runs in 4 overs without losing any wicket. New Zealand is only 29 runs behind.

When matches like this happen, I feel like players are better off to play the game as if they were playing T20.

Anyway, now all hope Bumrah and Siraj. I am not fan of Siraj particularly but he can produce beauties when pitch is helpful, so expecting some eye pleasers.

Will India be regretting that they are only playing 2 pacers?

Pakistani bowlers managed to do better in the second match compared to the first match. In the first match we saw that the Pakistani batsmen were able to do well in the first innings. But because of bad bowling by the bowlers England team mustered more than 800. As a result, the Pakistan team could not make a comeback in the match, the team was badly defeated.

However, in the second match, the Pakistani batsmen failed to collect big, but the bowlers performed well. As a result, the England team managed to collect only 291 runs in their first innings. What a terrible session for India. They are now 34/6 and freaking deep trouble.

Opting to bat on a juicy pitch with overcast conditions clearly did not do any good as Rohit-Gambhir thought. Please cross the 36/all out or 49/all out (RCB) score lol.

In IPL/WPL this Chinnaswamy stadium is considered a graveyard for Bowlers but completely opposite in the Test match, kudos to the creator and Kiwis for exploiting every opportunity.

Also, we are playing 3 spinners and the Kiwis are yet to bring their spin change. Rohit-Gambhir duo misread the conditions or maybe they'd call it a daring decision to test themselves in challenging conditions if India goes to win but that's a big IF.

The pitch is not in favor of the batsmen in today's game as wickets are falling fast. As both Pakistan and England teams scored huge runs in the first match, although Pakistan team lost but every batsman performed well. But coming to this second test match, Pakistan team has given a target of 366 runs which is a small collection for a test match, but England team has collected 246 runs for 6 wickets in 56 overs. Thus, if the England players continue to lose wickets, then there is a high probability of losing the first innings of this second match, as Duckett scored 114 runs from 129 balls, which was the best performance of the match among the top order batsmen.
