The initial or the original idea of this post was not to get people score or to see people's score or to rate people.
The original idea was actually to have people answer the questions in the comments section and others can see the answer and add to it or oppose it thereby creating a good interaction.
Anybody can choose any questions he can answer and tackle it. By this way new members can read all of the comments available.
But the idea of making it a test in objective form came and I know it will be good still.
I am aware of it. This is mainly to test your knowledge and my point is not the score but a way to know your score without sharing it to others. I am sure that others would want to know the correct answer after answering it wrong except those who already know the correct answer. That way, it would be much faster to know if you answered correctly or wrong with each question. Anyways, it's your thread and not mine so it's up to you. I am just giving suggestion.

If op use this forum to ask do this then checking score would take a lot of time and many will get it right by searching for the correct answer except for those that are discussed amany times. A site would be good for it which everyone could test their knowledge either for fun or curiosity.

I like what you're doing that's why I'm giving you one merit. I'm out of smerits but I will merit the post when I can.
Givers never lack. Your intention is germane. I also gifted OP on his translation of this thread at the local. It was a nice attempt by them. I'm gifting you so you can fulfil that desire of yours (now of elsewhere). Beyond all this, I like to see more translations of relevant threads in local flavours.
You are very correct. Op need good encouragement. He is trying very well to follow up in the forum. I visited his profile and saw that he is doing well in asking good questions and contributions in technical board. I wish he will not change, he can become a very good user. I am also supporting him in my little way so that he can grow. The Pharmacist said he has fallen in love with the forum. It is true, now he has the energy to post. We have to encourage op and also render support to other beginners who is doing absolutely well via developing and adequate research that will enhance the betterment of the community.

Have you heard of this site https://www.fyrebox.com/. You can create free quizz for whatever your purpose is including testing the knowledge of forum users like your idea.

I think @halab did it a while ago, he started the quizz but now it's over. See the thread. If you want to do this then make sure you have one correct answer for every question you ask, and give a time limit for answering them so there is no chance of searching for the correct answer around this forum.
Yes it would be better if the questions and answers of all the questions is on a site like what you mentioned or the same as what aysg76 made which brings fun answering all the questions and see how much score you'll got. If op use this forum to ask do this then checking score would take a lot of time and many will get it right by searching for the correct answer except for those that are discussed amany times. A site would be good for it which everyone could test their knowledge either for fun or curiosity.

Sadly, The first ten topics on Meta are all low quality garbage from low-rank users trying to make unnecessary impressions; the gambling discussion board is still the most fascinating board at the moment. The B&H is pure shit at the moment.

OP I'm not taking a dip at you I'm just being concerned about what is going on
@igehhh, please don't do this once you've managed to grow into an established user. You never came here with all the perfection where you also need to learn and need a lot of advice to grow. You're making an emphasis that we can regard as arrogance for offending so many low-rank member from your post. And I don't think your attitude is worth it now that you come out of the dark.

If you don't care about people's efforts becomes to the best [low ranking members], then never get involved in their thread. Leave a thread without having to reply to it and report it if you feel it deserves to be removed. @igehhh, the best for you.

Sadly, The first ten topics on Meta are all low quality garbage from low-rank users trying to make unnecessary impressions;

I would like you to show us exactly what you think is garbage, because if we look at the first page of Meta today - 80% of the topics are from members who are highly ranked. In addition, the problem is not with those who produce poor and low-quality content, but with those who do nothing about it.

the gambling discussion board is still the most fascinating board at the moment. The B&H is pure shit at the moment.

I won’t comment on Gambling because I don’t participate there, although I know it’s full of shitposters and megathreads that meet the needs of signature spammers. B&H is a board for beginners, so it is realistic to expect that you will not find some super quality content there, although there are a number of members who make a quality contribution to that board.

You messed up the hyperlink. This is what it should look like:
Welcome to the new Bitcoin forum!
Thank you for all the corrections.

If the idea of this thread was started by more experienced members like Pmalek, Loycev, Rikafip, fillippone, tranthidung, ratimov, DdmrDdmr or other members who like forum stats then I think there would be a lot of people who would be much more interested in participating. But unfortunately, the OP is not very experienced with how to do surveys or quizz so the idea doesn't seem very interesting.
If anyone of the people you mentioned or any other person can take up the idea and develop it, I will appreciate and be happy.
They can make it look like this BITCOIN TEST
I do not have the tools or capacity to do it now.

Are you sure about that date?
The thread your linked to was not written in 2010, it was written on November 22, 2009. Also, the original forum was not bitcointalk.org. It only migrated to Bitcointalk.org later. I think in 2011. Before that, it was hosted on Bitcoin.org and as it says in the link you posted, http://bitcoin.sourceforge.net/boards/index.php.

I have seen it and I have seen the site. But I don't have answer to the questions. That is my problem now.
I think you'll get quite a number of answers in this thread (YOSHIE have told you above), but I don't know what your real purpose is for creating this thread. The title says test your forum knowledge but basically you don't have much knowledge about it. In addition, you can also use the ninjastic.space site if you want to find answers about unique topic/ post id in this forum, for example 1-11-111-1111 or others.

Example:

Props to OP for at least posting these questions, because it truly highlights my ignorance of bitcointalk history--and I've been a member now for maybe half its lifetime if my math isn't retarded.  Guess I just don't pay much attention to the finer details of the goings-on here.  Plus some of this stuff (like the newbie jail) happened or existed before my time.

I do remember when I was a lurker that there wasn't a trust system as we know it today, and there was the scammer tag system instead.  I've heard of why that "failed" but it seems like it was at least effective in putting a huge warning on someone's profile that couldn't be ignored even if one wanted to.

Not to stray off-topic, but I'm thinking one of the next bitcointalk Youtube videos ought to mention that thread and/or the threads contained within it.  There are some wild discussions and drama and certainly entertaining reading for those who've never looked at it.

The answers you seek can be found in this thread. There are other threads where you can gather information from. Use the search button on the forum to find similar threads. No matter what I believe this experience will be good for you OP You can outsource from Google if that's something you want to try out.

You can restict the participants to newbies and junior members, they are the ones who seem to ask this kind of questions. Like lovesmayfamilis here's why I think this thread is unnecessary.

OP, have you ever considered that your quiz could result in the same answers being generated? What's the point? What might be different? There are answers in the forum.
Suppose two or ten people know all the answers, what will their posts look like?
As you stated in your first sentence, curious people will find the answers on their own.
I think the OP has a pretty interesting idea to test the skills and knowledge of forum users in early 2022, but the OP didn't find a proper way to express his idea. I agree with Falconer, the mentioned site can help the OP get much more accurate results from users wanting to participate as compared to providing direct answers in this thread for each of his questions. Time limit to answer will allow users to actually answer based on their knowledge or they guessed it blindly, but with the help of the site it can at least tell us who is really knowledgeable in this forum.

If the idea of this thread was started by more experienced members like Pmalek, Loycev, Rikafip, fillippone, tranthidung, ratimov, DdmrDdmr or other members who like forum stats then I think there would be a lot of people who would be much more interested in participating. Q4. Which is the first board to be created?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=1 - "Bitcoin Discussion"
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=2 - either missing or off limits
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=3 - either missing or off limits
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=4 - "Bitcoin Technical Support"
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=5 - "Marketplace "

I believe that boards with ID=2 and ID=3 are reserved for administrators and staff members and therefore unavailable to the general public.

Q5. What is the last board created?

I believe this is the last board created on the forum (for now):

I created this topic because of some inquisitive people here that want to know about this forum. Since I joined this forum, I have been asking questions in technical support board, bitcoin discussion board, trading board and beginners and help board. People in technical board always have answers to questions. Now I have many questions base on research about the forum. If I begin to ask them I will create plenty topics. So I decided to assemble them here. I have found answer to few questions but  I don't have answer to about 95% of the questions. But I still include all the questions. This will make Jr members to know about the forum and Sr members to test their knowledge of the forum.

INSTRUCTIONS
  • You can quote the question you know and answer
  • You can answer more than one question
  • If you have other forum related questions you can ask here
  • Good questions and answers can attract merit from random people
  • Inclusion of link will be good for reference and further studies
