This is a very good thing the Thai government have done. Other countries in the world should learn from them by legalizing cryptocurrency. Instead of the excuses that cryptocurrencies will be used for illegal transactions, the governments in other countries should seek other ways of fighting crime. They should all legalize cryptocurrency usage.

While there are several nations which are passing laws against crypto world.  Thailand has entered the list of the nations which have legalized crypto currency.  Thailand is mainly dependent on tourism industry.  So I think it is wise decision on t he part of a country where major source of income is from tourism.  So it will attract more tourists to this country.
It will benefit a lot to the country and is healthy signal for the health of Bitcoin family.
Another beneficial moves from asian country,a coz for celebration and hoping this would be the start of many asian countries will open they're door to Cryptocurrency

As i believe some European countries has a good response on the survey conducted early this year

Thai investors are officially involved in futures trading on the CME and CBOE exchanges. Thai government investors have allowed people to invest in foreign financial assets  and ICO operators must be registered on the Thai ICO portal

Definitely Yes. Thailand started to legalize the use of bitcoin. Thailand is taking a big step forward in its efforts to legalize and regulate cryptocurrency. The country’s Securities and Exchange Commission just released a set of rules and regulations detailing how it will regulate ICOs and the trading of cryptocurrencies. This a big step that might all neighborhood countries will adopt what will Thailand do.

this is good news in my opinion, Thailand is in southeast asia region. And what is done by thailan this may affect other countries in southeast asia to legalize Cryptocurrency there. in southeast asia there are many countries like, Philippines, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar and others. if all countries in Southeast Asia legalize Cryptocurrency, this will certainly bring a positive impact in the world of Cryptocurrency.

Yeah many of the countries now slowly adapting the world of cryptocurrency and i am proud that the Philippines is one of the first asian countries to regulate cryptocurrency where coins.ph had permit a license to exchange crypto to fiat currency. And of course in return this local exchange should do KYC on every transaction to avoid some irrigularities the possible abusive use of cryptocurrency.

While another asian country has entered the cryptoworld the European country's has a positive survey on this area,so if this the scenario we will be having for the whole year then i should say were newr bullish market

Wishing this action from thailand will be followed from other nations across the world and may take effect in just a couple of years
That's right, if this actions will also being followed by more countries then we will see the big chances of building much strong barrier and for sure after this action Thailand will also start business to accept/ adopt crypto as a payment platform, this can hype the good point of view of those who still in doubt investing and joining the crypto world, more an d more positive news to come...

This is a great step! Good job Thailand. I am sure that tourism in your country will grow stronger especially as many tourists want to take a vacation with bitcoin payment. Hopefully another country will follow Thailand to further identify the use of bitcoin as payment. I'm sure that the demand for bitcoin will further increase the bitcoins price increase.

I am not sure that this is the right news, if it is true and it is happening in Thailand then it will be very helpful to the development of crypto.
With the recognition and legalization of cryptocurrencies, the level of belief in cryptocurrencies will increase.
This will increase the price of crypto in the global market.

The European Parliament recently published a report http://www.europarl.europa.eu/cmsdata/149900/CASE_FINAL%20publication.pdf, in which it is not recommended to block and pripitsyvat the Cryptocurrency. But at the same time, the authors propose to introduce a tax, as well as on investments, which are paid in the same way as investments in other financial assets.
This is probably the only way to legalize cryptocurrency.
