2 questions for anyone

1) Is it feasible that Ukyo could be working on this problem for more than 40 days without success? If you know bitcoind well then pipe up.

2) Has anyone at all successfully made a withdraw in the last 2 weeks?

...when should we move past the denial stage is what I'm really wondering. If it is a technical problem Ukyo should at least get some trusted 3rd party verification of this.

Interesting... Not sure what it means...
According to bitfunder:
Ukyo.Loan has not paid the daily dividends since November 16th
Graet.Loan has paid the dividends and is current to date.

Based on the descriptions of these loans, does that mean Ukyo has declared bankruptcy or were all loan shares redeemed? What happened to these shares and dividends?

Description:
I have been presented with an interesting opportunity that I would prefer to not sell off other investments for.
This loan is for private investment purposes.
This loan is not tied to the success or failure of any business, investments, or opportunities.
This loan should not be defaulted on unless personal bankruptcy is officially declared.
Consider it a personal loan.

Technically you are right. However, a couple of times it already happened in the past that Ukyo did not pay interest for some days and afterwards made up for it. It is also not clear how things work after the closure of Bitfunder.

Wow... never have seen such a bad Trustrating... but i dont understand this post. Graet and ukyo didnt respond about what? They should pay something to TH or the other way around?

TF claims they have defaulted loans on CL, which does not help refunding, as far as I understand.

Graet didn't loan anything on CL, but TF had Graet.loan bonds in his hedge fund. Graet hasn't redeemed those bonds, but says he intends to redeem about half of all his bonds by mid 2014.

So its TH that is in debt? I have read it this way too. If its the case its not a good news anyway because it means ukyo might have lost money there... private money.

I don't know who TH is, but I mean TradeFortress = TF, the guy behind inputs.io, coinlenders and btcinvest. BTCinvest had some Graet.loan bonds, that TF wants to redeem them to return the funds to the holders of BTCinvest.

5.BTC request from 2013-11-08 18:27:05

What's making me kick myself is that I deposited 10 BTC on 2013-11-01, before I heard about this mess.

Submited support tickets a couple of days later. I have tried to get in touch with UKYO/we-exchange to offer help with writing a script to extract private keys from the "broken" bitcoind wallet, collect these in one big account, and automate the payout process. Have not heard back, but offer still stands.

I foolishly sold some altcoin on another exchange to transfer to WeEx and push account above the min withdrawal threshold.
Deposit in went OK. Account was credited.

Went to transfer it out to another address and i got the 2nd stage server error.

I had never heard of Ukyo until I ended up with some coin stuck in weexchange and did some research.

Graet on the other hand, I had thought was a well-respected member here, operator of the ozco.in pool, and one of the top go-to guys for escrow service.  I'm somewhat taken aback to learn of his involvement in what looks like a real dodgy situation.

Thankfully what little I had in bitfunder was in shares, and they have since been moved to direct shares or other exchanges.

So I am one of the people who transferred IN some btc to go over the .1 limit ... now mine are stuck too. Might as well add it to the list.
