coins deposited in BF that sit idle has been seen moving to gox addresses.

then we had better left our coins at bf and now could use them ? what a pity

maybe ukyo can return our btc to bf and then send directly to any address ?

So there's future plans for WeExexchange that involves obtaining, and KEEPING a  license from a HK exchange authority is there? How is that at all possible, when the operator is willfully refusing to return peoples requested funds. What part of 'not fit to operate' is the proposed exchange license issuer going to turn a blind eye to?
For clarity, Ive lifted the following from http://www.sfc.hk/web/EN/.....

3. Fitness and Properness
3.1 The SFC is obliged to refuse to grant a licence or registration if the applicant fails to satisfy the SFC that he is fit and proper. Similarly, the HKMA is
obliged to refuse to grant consent to an individual to be an executive officer
of a registered institution unless the individual satisfies the HKMA that he is fit and proper. Besides, it shall be a statutory condition of registration for every registered institution that its relevant individuals are fit and proper.
Under section 129 of the SFO, the matters that shall be considered in assessing a person’s fitness and properness include his:
(a) financial status or solvency;
(b) educational or other qualifications or experience having regard to the nature of the functions to be performed;
(c) ability to carry on the regulated activity competently, honestly and fairly; and
(d) reputation, character, reliability and financial integrity.

The accusation that is growing momentum here, is that Ukyo has been using peoples deposited funds for his own agenda. Considering that action moves into the realms of possible fraud and theft, is it not reasonable to think that its really now or never, that peoples funds are going to be returned?
I would personally be very happy if Ukyo went from zero-to-hero, but honestly, its really poor odds, and this embarrassing farce really needs to be escalated very soon.

I am not really familiar with Ukyo business plan, but it is interesting to notice that his businesses sucked in money like a massive black hole!

- His early AsicMiner Shares sold
- Big Bitcoin Loan taken
- Shareholder funds missing

His assets were his property so its not really my business. Only noticing it here.
Loan shareholders undertook the risk willingly and been paid for it. Noticing as well.
But shareholder deposits he should never ever had touched. EVER!

There is something strange going on far beyond wallet problems.

I fear that the problem of money leakage was going on for some longer period of time and missing coin piled up astronomically.

Should it not be called a PonziFunder.comtm instead?!

If there was a warning I wouldn't send coins in there on 2013-11-01.
But there was no warning. And there is no warning to this date.
So I assume that reason for that is that blackhole BitFunder is still in need for even more coins!

Can you modify this topic title so that it starts with "Weexchange" that way it will make it clearer to people that they need to read this before they do any weexchange activity.

Also shouldn't some of this spill over onto bitfunder, as they only allow you to withdraw to weexchange; what is the connection between bitfunder and weexchange; ie when I withdraw from bitfunder to weexchange did any coins actually get transferred, or are my coins still technically with bitfunder; and can bitfunder make good on these transfers (ie cancel the weexchange transfer and send the coins to customer directly instead?)

Information we obtained, We now have digital copies of the company's documents. We have the legal name and personal information of Ukyo and Graet (Graet is kinda known to begin with Smiley ). Yet we don't know how to use such information to pursue the retrieval of our money.

any suggestions? I will ask my source if I am allowed to post the info here.

quickly.

Hi, mmm I want to explain something if I may, you see, Slow, Fast, slowly, quickly, only work if you have another to compare to. So can you give us an example of what you think is jumping to judgement on a normal pace, fast pace, and slow pace.

In my humble personal opinion if a guy handles millions and lock one away suddenly we are entitled to ask him about them and when is he going to give them back, If about a month has passed with no real solution then he disappears for a couple of days with a million dollars he was entrusted to, I would freak out!

But you disagree, dear sir. So what is your personal opinion about jumping to judgement on a normal non-quick pace?

I've been waiting for my bitcoins since I withdrew it on Sunday. Ukyo is taking too long to process them.

For the record, I am not convinced of a scam here and think Ukyo needs to come forward in real life and face a real life investigation if one is warranted and if he is to be tried anywhere, it needs to be in a court of law.  Justice may take time, but it sure beats doling out injustice quickly.

I did catch him earlier. I told him he really needs to post -something-, put it that way.

For now we should sit tight. We're all in this boat and going off on one isn't going to fix anything. He knows how frustrated people are, and I can tell that the guy is super stressed (as he should be).

I do know he has plans for WeExchange as he's said here, and he can't proceed with anything until this issue is resolved. There is no reason to think he's run off with the money since he's not anonymous and has everything to lose if this goes bad. I also know he's been seeking help from other devs in the Bitcoin world, which I think he's posted about previously.

This contrasts with the TradeFortress situation. Please don't confuse the two.

He's definitely trying to resolve things, but obviously I'm not exactly happy as I'm owed one of the larger sums. Even so, I do think we should give this another week or two to get sorted.

The lack of anonymity is crucial here, ukyo is not going anywhere. The important thing is resolving the situation rather than making it worse.

I have over 75 BTC waiting, which is most of my funds, and I know others who have more at stake who've agreed to give this a bit more time, so I hope some of you can too.

I'm travelling now but I'll have another catch up early next week (Monday or Tuesday).

is that catch him earlier means that  you have a face to face conversation with him? please share more information with US.
