What you are really saying is, that you are going to pick and choose which scientific laws and facts you are willing to accept, and which you are not. If you won't accept all scientific facts,

There you go again, talking about Someone that you don't believe exists as though He does exist. First, learn how to understand science law so that you can see the proof that God DOES exist. Then come back and ask your questions about things that He does.
If you read the basic science papers about how old the universe and earth are, they essentially say (and some directly say) that they don't know.
