Not false. I said decent sized. Slush pool is big, but the amount of hash directed to his BIP148 option is not enough to sustain the entire network. Blocks would be days apart at the current rate.

There isn't enough air on the planet to make space in a block magically appear. No matter how you juggle, hide, or fudge what is counted to reach a given limit, a hard limit is still a hard limit. you should apply Photosynthesis to get enough fresh air for your mind.

I'm too tired to rehash the fact that even if you fekwits ram segwit down everyone's throat (despite the fact that the clear majority don't want it and/or don't think it's a viable total solution) it still doesn't change anything in the long run of "scaling", it just postpones the issue. At an exponential rate, we'll be doing this all again next year. get some fresh air and then come back.
