It is obviously suspicious.
A cloud mining website that claims ROI in three months that is not the original period actually.
Other cloud mining websites may take a lot of time to give ROI but they don't claim anything like that, so it makes it suspicious for sure.
And many websites like it already collapsed and ran away with the money of their investors, so better to stay away from it.

not all cloudmining site running ponzi scheme, we know hashnest running smooth bitcoin cloudmining service,and use real hardware.

anyway i prefered rental hash like miningrigrental, nicehash etc. than i invest at cloudmining.

Yes, big risk. If you just buy GH/s and let it mining, high probability to never see profit. The only good point is that you can sell your GH/s any moment and take back some of your investiment. Some people tell that can do "trade" with GH/s on HashNest, but it's risk anyway.

That's the point. HashNest is legit, but price fluctuation make this market very risky. If you have time watch their market 24/7 you can earn from there, but when you want left your mining power for week or more, almost for sure you will lost on price differences..

I am not agree with your opinion about any cloud mining in the world wide web aren't legit / scam.
There is a legitimate cloud mining before, it's cex.io . But since in early 2015 ago they announced to paused the service due they realize their cloud mining is not profitable anymore.
So if i have to choose which is the best cloud mining site? I choose : cex.io

Well i didn't experience legit cloud-mining before that's why i don't trust any cloud mining sites until now.
Also i never heard cex.io before. Now a days many cloud mining site held month by month and they are all scam . if you remember scrypt.cc i scammed by this site and some other cloud mining site like eobot and other cloud mining sites. i always heard that they are scam.
Honestly you can't say any legitimate cloudmining site if you are just invest money in online. Because if you're scam in any sites you have nothing that you can do.. because this is online the only way that you can do is to spread your news about the site..
So it's better to buy bitcoin for a cheap price and hold it for a long term or sell it when the price is high..
