It would be better to divide your money to different stuff like altcoin, gold, or offline business because the worst case might be happen in the future also we have saved some money to our next generation then.The thing is that without holding it there is no other real use for it to regular people like me. There is a decent chance that the price of it is going to start going down soon, thus making your profit shrink. You are right in saying diversification is important, it is true no matter what you invest in, however I don't think the current pump of bitcoin means it is currently overvalued, in fact I think its still undervalued and just catching up to its potential now.

I never earned like that amount because I always withdraw or exchanged my bitcoin into fiat. But I think the best way is to like what you said invest them for it to grow. You may want to try to exchange some of your bitcoins into paper money, buy some mutual funds or share at the stock market. Then some of your bitcoins be used for investing or maybe trading. It will surely grow.

I always play in dice game before but I have manage to keep few btc since I stop gambling, holding btc is one of the best investment I ever made since I bought it around $800 and the price of BTC now is already $2800. I also invested in alts and I am happy with the 25% gain I made.
Trading BTC to USD can be quite profitable, even if your starting capital is $1000 or so, You can buy and sell within minutes interval with price movement, you need to be skilled to do so though... Also trading BTC and altcoins has massive potentials for success (i.e price of a new coin can increase thousands of time in months, hence it can bring unprecedented profit, however it's a difficult market and the newbies mostly lose money.
My best investment was getting bitcoins using freebitco.in faucet and then finally winning 0.01 BTC jackpot. I spent only 375 satoshi to hit it and did it accidentally. It took year and half. Now these bitcoins are worth 160 units of my currency. Other than jackpot winnings, I won 0.006 BTC. So not really a waste of time.

Recently I made a investment in the dgb at the rate of 80 sat per byte of value 1000$ and luckily the price that I get became 5 times more , so here you can easily estimate that how much I made from the dgb coin .
So here I think that my best investment was in the altcoin dgb , because the total one year of hardwork in campaign and trading is totally less than what I made in one week with the dgb altcoin .
And now I am thinking to make more trading again and want to make 100btc , hope this target I get soon .
