I think we are trading to get the profit and if the price has gone up and we already get the profit we want then we can sell it and we must keep watching the movement of the coin, if it is not profitable then it is time we go out

The best time to get out of the trade is after you reach your desired goals and targets, if you do not achieve anything to get out because you have not earned interest from trading and just wasted.
everyone will do it and will come out after getting profits from the trade and the effort must have strong skills to achieve the desired target.

my opinion is when market going to down & lots of bad news efeect in market that's time you can exit your trading.we saw that starting of this year, many bad news efected in bitcoin price.once time bitcoin was 19k$ but now around of 7.4k$.so it is one of the best think for switch off your trading.
I hope many of us including the newbies who witness a massive dump from that peak and to its current value now. Its been drastically down much and a lesson to exit before a downfall must come. Another to consider is the risk versus reward sp don't be to much greedy.

You need to know when to enter a trade and when to exit. You need to know when to exit before you enter into any trade from the beginning. Entering a trade blindly is not professional. The charts would tell you when to exit trade if you know technical analysis very well

My position is different - I want to deal with the cryptocurrencies and not leave the market. I realize that I simply do not have enough time for a day trading. I am busy with my work. Thus, I am a holder.
main salary is good. you already did a good thing to focus on your main job. trading can be side job especially if you are type of holder. and it is not really need to think much if be a holder. not like day traders

This is a very helpful article. You must have targets when trading. Always have an exit strategy in every trade you enter. Make use of technical analysis to be able to analyse trades as to have this information handy

I think a good time to get out of the exchange and avoid trading is when you are able to earn a lot of profits and when there is a sense of not needing too much money anymore.

I think the best time to get out of trading is when bitcoin is no longer profitable and when bitcoin does not have a sale price, but I'm sure bitcoin will always have a selling price.

People nowadays are stuck in the world of trading that may cause their loss of capital, may cause their eagerness to recover their investment. Ending up sinking the money they have invested. AND Doesn't know how to exit in the game.

Also, FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) is a normal feeling of traders when coins are actually dumped big time.

Here's how. We all know that media plays a big role in the dump value of some coins.

BUY THE RUMOURS. SELL THE NEWS (not literally)
When media talks often about the dump and publish articles, then that is the RIGHT TIME TO EXIT.
News, rumours, speculations could have a big impact and can affect the price of altcoins. They concide the price movements resulting in pump and dump.

Believe me, I did that and it really works. Prevents deficits and prevents loss of investment.

Are you engaged in investing or trading? if you do not know how to trade, you should not have started, just take the money and finish it. If you want to study, find those who can, look for this forum, or on other resources

Right time to exit the market is entirely a subjective issue. It varies and depends on many factors. Your investment, your coin, your amount, your time everything impacts this decision. Usually the best time to exit is when everyone is rejoicing and are highly optimistic that the coin will continue to rise even with a recent unsustainable growth. It's okay to lose a couple % of gains rather to lose it due to being greedy.

I think the best time to ext trading is not when the market is coming down but you have received enough profit from the peak of the market, at that point of time you should take out your assets from the market and instead wait for the right moment return,
well, there's no time to stop trading when you've got a big profit. moreover you have to devise a new strategy to develop it. well, come out while you're losing of course that would be a bad idea in trading.

You muat take right decision Right time to exit the market is entirely a subjective issue. It varies and depends on many factor To out from trade...U must have good knowled about trade experience
Of course, it is very difficult to study the first bases of trade, because knowing theory and not having a practice does not add experience. Therefore, in my opinion the best option is to simultaneously study the trade, participate in the Bounty of the company, earning starting capital and subsequently start trading, using small amounts.

As for me, the best time to exit trading is when we are financially ready to face the consequences of not having an extra source of income. We must be sure enough that we already have an eniugh earnings and savings to sustain all our needs as we quit. So as long as we have the strength and capability to earn , then let's just grab and embrace the opportunities here.

No doubt it is very difficult to find best exit point. Combination of volatility market and trading (it is hard!) means you never get best returns. For me, I always set a clear trigger point where I exit after my crypto goes up in value some %. I am in the future going to use more external trading tools to get better idea of when to get in/out of certain cryptos.

I am awaiting RoninAi (http://www.roninai.com) since it looks like the most advanced and complete one that uses machine learning and Ai. Do any of you use tools to help you find entry/exit points?

My target is to get at least a 30% profit. Before it, I am not going to cashout. As for the question of exit trading, I am not going to do it. This is a very serious, interesting and profitable business that I love.

Setting targets to follow at each session is the way I find it most elegant in trading. We will not take any action before our targets are met. Emotions that can come at any time should not affect our actions in this business.
