Well, that's stupid, but there is news about things like that, especially addicted gamblers. I heard a news that an individual who is playing in a casino was betting his savings, it was a lot, and it would be stupid to bet it, but he did and what happened was he lost a lot, and he said if he still loses his bet the next time, he will kill himself. Then he was found dead after. It's not a joke.

Fun fact, there are no one that gamble only for fun. Tell those people who play purely for fun to go for free token instead of using their own money. Im sure that there alot that will refuse to do so. There is no point to gamble with free token and the 'fun' will be so much different therefore gambling is only for profit

They will not go for free token because there is not that type of fun which they get in paid gambling. In paid gambling the enthusiasm of the gamblers is much high and everyone play in there with full attention and so the fun is also increased in paid gambling instead f free token.

Second option? why do you treat gambling addiction as some kind of nasty diseases?It is not and I can confidently say that unless you are gambling with what you supposed to not use then it is not really an addiction. I think that most people got this thing wrong as they thought every gambler is actually addicted with it

So best thing we can do about it I think there must be a second option that can be give to the fulfillment of his/her satisfaction in their daily lives. And of the solution is it should be there is someone who will guide him/her also remind for what he is doing everyday, it is a matter of patience monitoring.

This is not true. I am married and I have kids, and i still like to gamble. It doesn't affect my life in any way, i don't have any problems and i can assure you i am very happy and so is my family.

As you said you are addict (in one thread), why don't you find partner, have kids and stop gambling if you think this will solve problem? Because addiction is problem.

If we have positive mind and have some ability to understand gambling is nothing more than a sick than we can quit at any point but if we have addiction than it's really difficult to give up unless we found more interesting option to earn money.

Family environment is really affect on someone's bad habit for example if the gambler keep active on church activity, I think it will be easier for him to quit and forget about gambling addiction.
