I think so too. Bitcoin has already tested this levels several times and then he does not break through. Bears are tired. The conquest of new peaks will be - I am sure of it! The only question is when. We are waiting for the next drivers to push the market.

Well I don't see those levels as the real bottom because there maybe further decline as many will sell cheap for just out of panic which will contribute to further decline in the market value of Bitcoin and other altcoins within this period.

I am seriously looking for a solid explanation for the uncertainties of the last three-four months. In the beginning (January, February 2018) it was clearly provoked by government interventions (China, Korea, USA) but now it seems people are not surprised about those anymore. Look at how prices went up two weeks ago, even though the SEC had released a negative report.

Do you think the current decline is still provoked by panic sellers? Or rather, bored-out sellers who are tired of these on-going fluctuations, let's say indeed "weak hands".

Even so, there is no guarantee at all that prices will go up again, even when the (estimated) bottom has been reached. I suppose even weak hands are not so stupid to sell at 6000 and jump back in at 7000? And even of they were so stupid, I would be very careful to put trust in a value built on weak hands' stupidity.  Roll Eyes

That's quite true, and we might well hit the bottom, and that could launch us into the bull run.

I think BTC found its bottom a while ago in the 6000 region but we've needed to continue in this bearish momentum in order for alt-coins to also fall and find their bottom values. ETH will not fall below $100 in my opinion, $150 seems about right and we are nearing that with each passing day. Maybe by October we'll have shaken off the last of the weak hands.

everyone here is now speculating that the bottom is near, but since a few months ago the crypto market was unpredictable, the price movement was chaotic, whether or not the current people's speculation would be right or not, hopefully it was true even though I was a little hesitant

I think bottom is near/here for Bitcoin. It will not go much further down, possibly to 5700-5500, but not more.  Ether can go much further down.... Shocked

We all have to reconsider our idea of the bottom for cryptocurrencies, as all currencies (even the top ones like bitcoin and Ethereum) keep dropping at an alarming rate.
ETH now stands at $191, and still dropping.
I believe there would be a rebound soon, and currencies would thrive again.

looks like the bottom is close people....

what do you'll think?

It’s definitely difficult to call the bottom but those prices seem like a massive sale compared to the end of 2017. On the other side it could halve again. I personally think that in the long term you’re not taking a bad deal if you dollar cost average at these price levels. Definitely seems like we’re about to move lower once again. there are several conflicting opinions about ETH from industry heavyweights.

read this for example: https://blog.bitmex.com/ether-a-double-digit-shitcoin/

and if you watch the latest episode of CNBC Crypto Trader, all the guests are quite bullish on ETH now as a trade....

Ethereum already had it in which the price is below $200 now. Among the 3 it was the Ethereum is the most alarming now in which very unusual for the most commonly used platform by most of the ICOs and Altcoins for their products. Can we think that Etherem is now ignored? Or only few people are investing in ICOs now that is why the real demand of Ethereum is low? For sure Mr. Vitalik is now in trouble on how he will make Ethereum to evolve.

I think that price is the lowest price range for all three and we can't avoid it if the market falls immediately. Maybe we can only anticipate to minimize losses.
As you say, I sold it two days ago because I started to get scared when prices started to rise after that will fall so low, and now I start buying again because the market will continue at the lowest point to make a high jump

I think bitcoin already hit the bottom last month and it is now on a stable price. If you observe the price a few months ago 6000 to 6500 is where it stays for a long period of time.

The bottom is very close to us, due to the a lot of propaganda from US congress. There was a bad news coming from US that gives a huge impact to the crypto. I don't really care about the price of crypto because crypto has started from nothing to something, it's still underrated as a technology.

It is still not the bottom i think. ETH is already under $200. I don't know when we are going to see the bottom. If there is no new money and only sellers in the crypto market, cryptos are still going to fall.
Hodlers who are on panic have no choice but to sold their ETH at a cheaper price. Maybe the bottom for this one is around $150 and hopefully bitcoin will be more stable on the level of $6000. This is unpredictable now, let’s just see how much the sellers would will to sold their ETH and BTC after this dump we will rise again.

Good day. My portfolio just went down again because 50% of it is ETH. I've read ETH will do down to $150 ad I'm preparing myself for the worst. I have a strong trust on ETH that it will recover. It may take months again but I'm willing to wait. Cashing out now will be total loss.

It can be said that the cryptocurrency market has fallen sharply in exchange rates, even when the ETH is below $ 200. This signal shows that the economic situation in 2018 is very bleak, and only in 2019 will the stock market recover and the cryptocurrency will rise again in exchange for further investment.
