Looking at the charts it still seems likely BTC will still fall well below 6000. Are you optimistics for a turn around in perhaps October or November?
I could say yes but I'd somewhat different from last year event. It give me satisfaction and for everyone even Btc price will reach into $10k. We're not expecting more now cause it really to make those things happen again and only give us disappointment.
Still chances for a bull run in 4Q despite that the Bitcoin ETF has been postponed. We can already see early signs for bullish trend, but it is too early for making some serious conclusions.
I was really hoping for the ETF be accepted, but it was postponed again, and probably there will be no decision until next year. The bull market may also will be postponed now.

2018 was a boring year for crypto, due to the cooling off period after the shockingly rise on 2017. I expect 2019 to be better, more mature, juicier, but still far from McAfee's expectations!
Yes, it's really boring, almost people are lost. I think the market will keep this price until the end of this year. Hopefully it will recover in the next year.
Maybe not in Q4 2018 because everyone expects it but in 2019 the bull run will begin and good coins will fly very high

I was fully expecting bitcoin to drop below 5k but now I'm unsure. I don't think we will reach ATH until well into 2019 though. I suppose I remain on the fence on this one

Let's solve the questions as they come. Do not rush events and talk about the bull trend beforehand, until the $ 7000 mark has been overcome.
Now that the CBOE Etf was postponed again the day before yesterday, I am not that sure anymore, that there will be a massive bullmarket in 2018.

I think that everything is in order. We just got used to the rapid growth. 
It is hard to anticipate for the advanced market, yet everybody is sitting tight for a bounce back, a rising business sector cost and a resurgence of bulls.

After such a sudden and strong rise in last year, seeing a market correction which goes on for a few quarters should not surprise us. Although it can not be seen a trend for bull market on Q4, we can see some improvement in 2019.
I am really hoping that it will bulls this Q4, i think its not only me who is just hoping to happen this. I am happy that this will run so that everybody happy. And lastly, we will open another chapter of the year that full of success.
I hope that in the near future coin prices will occur as in 2017. Because many people think that this year also experienced the same thing. But we do not know what will happen. Because we can only expect the best for all of us.

Iam really hoping for these to happen. Many crypto experts predicted this last year when the market is on its bull run. But the situation has since changed a lot these past months that doubts about the arrival of the bull market would happen late this year or would be pushed back until 2019. I am hodling my crypto assets for quite some time now and I would really welcome to sell them in case the bull run would happen this year. 
I think the bull run will happen in November, same thing that has happened last year. Though we will not reach new ATH then because investors are wiser now not to just jump into the bandwagon. Also based from the past graphs, q4 has always pumped bitcoin.
Almost everyone believe that reversal will come in these months. Hope you are right and we will finally enjoy some profits after a long bear market .
