Can anyone here sent details from the board holes
Because I want to install one custom cooler
And I need dimension of the holes at chilli board

+1

I wish every ASIC board manufacturer would publish this information (it would make my job a lot easier).

EDIT 2: fixed!!! it was a power supply issue. the one failing and the other 2 that failed were all top performers and were causing the power to exceed the power supply's limits. i swapped some units around to get better power balance and now i am hitting 440gh/s on the group of 13.

What was the exact changes you did? Photo?

Cheers...

what percent of HW you are getting? I have 20units around 5%-10%
1 unit at 15%. and I have one unit wont boot? 1-4led is constantly on.

i have 13 units and they are all below 10% around half are below 5% hw errors

Here are the units running under the new version of CGminer as a comparison.

Oh, that makes sense. I didn't notice that it was an old version of cgminer that wasn't reporting diff1 shares. Yes, that appears normal. It's not the same as the one oddball unit.

Does this look wrong to you guys?

Did it just start doing that, or has it always had that kind of HW error rate?
Looking at it, the WU rate seems to be normal, so it's hashing and submitting shares at a normal rate. It's just returning twice as many shares to cgminer as it should be, with half of them being invalid. I've heard of one other unit with this behavior, but I've never seen it on any unit I've had. If I had to speculate, I would say one of the engines on an ASIC might constantly be sending errors.

If I am doing my math correctly 1 is about 4% and another around 6%.
just use bfgminer more stable, faster, and it will do all the math for you.

What is your average daily BTC earning for a single Chili right now?
7*24H=100G/0.09-0.08btc you can do math

So about .03BTC/unit/day. Thanks!

So here's a quick picture of what I've (on an unfortunate post-Halloween sugar bender) named my "Tower of Power" cooler.
Basic setup is two of the $10 Antec Kuhler Shelf coolers, with a 2" #8 screw connecting the two coolers. There's also two press on heatsinks on the VRMs.

The bottom heatsink just has some Kapton tape and a little thermal grease on it, while the top cooler is just using thermal grease. Using this setup there is no board flex at all. The thermal grease is just the Antec branded stuff that's inside the box.

This took one of my units from 29 to 36 GH/S. I like it!

if one of my miners is showing temps of 37c and 57c is that a bad sign? it is still hashing at 37gh though
