i saw on tv in my country that there is a guy who selling his kidney for agent ( the kidney hunter ) only for 800 $ (it's too cheap anyway ) let say 1 bitcoin is 400 $ then the guy just received 2 bitcoin, my point is if bitcoin is adpted mainstream in my country then bitcoin would be perfect payment processor for kidney transaction due to it's pseudoanonymous nature.
