@ralle14. No, a Seahawks win will only be tied on both the division and the conference. However, the 49ers will play on the road versus the Saints next hehehe. But if 49ers win it, the Seahawks will have another opportunity on the last game of the regular season, assuming that both win all their games left. Check their schedule hehehe.

Also, you use sportsbet.io?

Actually a win tonight would give the Seahawks the division lead by virtue of having beaten the Niners in their first meeting this year.  Niners go to Seattle in week 17 for a rematch.

I'm taking the Seahawks too with the -2.5, I would've opt for the -3 but the sportsbook i'm currently using won't let you get half a point the next handicap they have is -5.5 which might be too much for me since some of the winning margin between Seahawks and Vikings previous matches are within 3-4 points.

If the Seahawks win here they'll also be taking over the 49ers number one spot right on the conference. Right ?

@wheelz1200. Also, this is the Seahawks chance to slowly begin taking the division lead from San Francisco. They will be taking advantage of 49ers loss versus the Ravens.

The difference between -2.5 and -3 is big. Like you, I take the -3 hehehe.

The pick of the week for me is green bay over the giants -6
5.  Giants have one of the worst LB/DB situations.  Aaron Rodgers is going to have a field day with them.  I would go on to think that green bay will win 34-17.  Green bay needs this win bad and the giants have nothing to play for, this one will get ugly fast

Monster game, giants are just that bad and with jabrill peppers out at safety there was no shot to contain rodgers.  If it wasnt snowing they would have probably ly won by even more.

Tonight it's the seahawks.  -2.5 and at home, I pretty much will take Seattle at home under a fg against anyone.  Should be a decent game but seattle is just too good at home.  Seattle 32 - minnesota 24

I've always liked Fitzpatrick, he has always been on substandard teams and made some "Magic" happen. when he was on Buffalo and they won their first 5 games I thought they were contenders but then that ship tanked like the titanic. i can't remember why but it did kind of send him to the backup purgatory. Its a similar thing as to what happened with Foles, the jets mismanaged him so bad from the draft he never recovered and it was the Viking IIRC that pulled him so he wouldn't break Peyton Mannings TD record. That will pull the wind right out of your sails.

Fitzpatrick is just crazy and it's always a pleasure to watch him when he is on Cheesy But he is Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hide. One week he will throw you 5 TD and the next week he looks like some highschool scrub, with his throws all over the field. But he doesn't care, takes the risks and is not worried with his stats, as there is always teams willing to sign him as kind of reliable backup, that can win you games, if your starting QB goes down.
He lacks consistency and is a streaky guy, who seems to have no middle. Last season in Tampa he looked like Dan Marino in the first games and then went back to being just another journeyman in the NFL.

The Jaguars had six former UDFA's in their defensive starting line-up, including the whole secondary. No wonder, Tampa had no problems scoring.

I wasn't aware, injuries?

They have quite some UDFA's in their defensive roster and with Jack, Harrison and Dareus out, it got even worse for them.

Actually it looked like the opposite with the refs destroying any chance the raiders had which all in all has been a raiders curse for the last few decades.

Penalty distribution was very one-sided indeed. It was only the third time in history the Chiefs finished without getting penalized once and it was the first time since 1974 iirc.

This was kind of crazy week so far with some hilarious stuff happening on the field. I didn't see any of the high priced teams having any chance of winning, but with the Dolphins and Redskins, there were actually two teams winning with odds of around 5,0. While teams can always lay an egg on the road, I was especially surprised with the Panthers losing at home to the Redskins with their rookie QB's first road game. Carolina gave a huge fight with the Saints the other week (and should have won that) and the next week they are unable to get anything going for three quarters against a much inferior opponent at home. Just shows what important role motivation plays and how hung over you can be after a huge game going back to reality afterwards.

Yeah, I kicked Carolinas D to the curb a few weeks back as it was plain they had lost their drive to win and that Saints game was their last gasp effort that would make or break their season.

Bengals were probably pumped with the return of the Red Rifle, after the experiment with Finley didn't work out. They already showed some progress in the last weeks, keeping the scores close. And Vegas had other things in plan. I refrained from a pre-match bet and jumped live on the Jets, eating some losses with a hedge loss in 3rd Quarter. Will be interesting to see, if it's now mission accomplished for the Bengals or if they will keep on trying to win and probably losing out on the frist draft pick to the Giants.

Dalton is well liked in the organization so its no surprise the team rose to the occasion it was pretty much just dependent on which andy showed up that day and as you stated it was the red Rocket version. I would say this is his last year for sure, head coach got the axe last year IIRC.

Dolphins had some nice trick-play, where the Punter threw to the kicker for a TD. Fitzpatrick has now thrown TD's against the Eagles for seven different teams.

Chargers with some brainfairt resultin in a PI call on kind of a Hail Mary with 9sec left, but well, the Chargers do what the Chargers do. Looks like Rivers is done at LA.

That game was really weird. Denver has had horrible play calling all year but the chargers play calling was atrocious as well and thats not usually an issue. It looks like they were trying to force Gordon in for the showcase plays and ecklers plays were very obvious. Game script was really what lost them that game even though Rivers looks ugly. I wonder if they are thinking of trading gordon in the off season or if they are just trying to justify his Payday? On the opposite side it has looked all year like they have been doing that for Freeman at the expense of Lindsy. I cringe every time they run Lindsy up the gut into a stacked box and then they try to run Freeman to the outside. They have their roles reversed and once in a while you can call that being smart but to do it all game long every game is just plain retarded and anyone that has watched the season can plainly see it.

Although this sounds logical I just feel thats its a trap and I'd go with the ML, I think the refs have been interfering with too many games this yeah at key moments and it has been adjusting scores towards closer games.

Not this time, but with American Sports you are of course always in the hands of some higher power interfering with your bets. Wasn't impressed with the Chiefs though, the Raiders were just plain atrocious. The running game was ok-ish, since the KC run defense is terrible, but they couldn't do anything through the air. Carrs numbers (20/30, 222yds, 1 TD, 2 iNT) don't look THAT bad actually, but a) most of it was during garbage time and b) they had lots of YAC.

Yeah, I was off on that one I think the NFL has been reading my posts! Cheesy

What has just happened???

Today was crazy with some many upsets and I knew the Bengals were going to win today and Vegas knew as well like I said in my previous post here because the odds of the Bengals should of been a lot more then what the sportsbooks were offering with a team 0-11 and playing a team that smoked the Raiders last week so it didn't make sense the odds being so low. I had one of my worse days ever betting on the NFL, the dog I had in the Jags didn't come through and I only had the Bengals in a parlay which didn't come through, just my luck.

Congrats to the ones that took the Titans as I saw a couple of you here liking the Titans, I just liked the Jags to win at home and being a dog I took the value.
So the upset weekend is complete then with the patriots losing to houston. If you foreseen this happening you are a rich dog lover for they all hit today beginning with the winless bengals. I was watching the ravens just dismantling the 49ers. That was a disgrace of a game. They even managed to strip and recover the ball from lamar jackson on one of his runs which never happened to him.
Putting these three games on a betslip would of made you look like a mad man but you wouldnt care you would be rich from the books. Grin

Patriots getting their asses kicked by Deshaun Watson and the defense dominating the Patriots offense without JJ Watt.  Roll Eyes

Patriot's offensive line is falling apart. Texan's defense are keeping up the pressure forcing Brady to take risky passes. Julian Edelman is a non factor this game too.

Edelman double covered all day and none of the other receivers seem to be able to take advantage of it and as you stated the Pats O line is being dominated. Jj watt hasn't played in so long i can't even remember when his last game was.

This might make for a great 4th quarter comeback though so i wouldn't shut the game off and wake up tomorrow and find out you missed the best ending  of the week!
That has happened to a ton of Pat fans over the years. Lol

This game is proof that the Texan's defense aren't dysfunctional without JJ Watt. Holding Brady to so little possessions and a completion percentage of less than 50 percent isn't easy for a T5 quarterback and future hall of fame'r. He didn't have a hot game in week 9 either with another sub 50% completion rate but Texan's defense went full man to man coverage this game and it paid off. Tony Dungy said before the game that the Texan's D needed to force Tom Brady to throw the ball and he nailed it. Stop the run, force Brady to pass and make him miss his targets or throw interceptions.

The pats Offense has been pretty anemic for the last 4 or 5 games, if it wasn't for their D they would have lost quite a few. it looks like houston has figured out the key to cracking the Pats D.
Well pats scored so they need a to recover an onside right now to have a chance with 50 seconds left.

What was your pick for this week on nutildah's game?

Browns.  I like the Steelers, but this year is a wash, I think.  They need to get planning for Ben's retirement.

oh wow yeah that weather is gross in baltimore so the Ravens have a distinct advantage this game.

I agree, that tipped pass just made shart.

Niers strike first!  4th and 2, they go for the fucking bomb?  It looked like it would get intercepted for a second there.

 Cry

Nice call.

...the dog I had in the Jags didn't come through ...

For my pick of the week, I think I'll go for Jacksonville Jaguars vs Tampa Bay Buccaneers and I'll call the Bucs to cover the 1.5 easily.

You can't hit every week.
Didn't you read what I wrote about Dalton and Tannerhill?

Any thoughts on the Patriots v Houston game?

I'm thinking Pats by 3 but I wouldn't bet this one.

Edit: W0ah, Brady already picked off!!!

After the amounts of upsets i'm kind of lost on who to take between these two I want to say the Patriots would win but i've lost nearly on all of the favorites this week. On the totals it might be a low scoring game as the Patriots continue their trend of not scoring by more than 20 points.

Colts let us down, but still cashed second parlay with dolphins and bengals. I knew dolphins gonna pull an upset. But redskins were surprise indeed.

Some pocket change still

100 dollars on the doplhins, bengals and redskins Moneyline would have netted over 6 k.

I hear ya, Redskins, Bengals and Dolphins win on the same day.... Shocked

So Jets after scoring 34pts in each of their last three games don't even get a touchdown today? lol. I really thought Bengals would go winless this season.
Glad that my second parlay came through to break even.

Any thoughts on the Patriots v Houston game?

Redskins and the Dolphins were the biggest upsets in my opinion as like I said something was up with the Bengals odds so that's why I was thinking they would win and I should of just straight bet them instead of playing them in a parlay but I did to help boost the odds.

Tough game mate, with the way the day has been going I wouldn't be surprised to see the Texans win. After the Titans winning today the Texans would want to stay ahead as the AFC south is the one that looks like any of the 3 teams can win it. The only thing is that the Texans have a poor record against the Patriots but as we have seen today anything can happen.
