The first thing ever i bought with bitcoin is mobile phone because i need to change my old mobile phone and i got cheap price when i bought it.
a new smartphone this is the first things i really could bought but unfortunately there are no smartphone store accept bitcoin as the payment but till now i'm still looking for those store and may be in the near future i would find it in my country
A mobile phone when the price was way lower than it is now so it's now one of the most expensive in the world. Still, it was a satisfying feeling all the same.
I dont remember actually. I think I bought a domain name for a website that I was trying to do SEO with, I also bought some gift cards to buy games in Steam, other than that, I value BTC too much to spend on mundane stuff so I tend to hold it.
I haven't bought any physical good with bitcoin till now and to remember what i bought at first, i think it was just a mobile topup with bitrefill.

the first thing i bought with my coins was a small electronic device with can ride on benzine its a toy but for adults. It was around the 1200 dollar and for now it would only be 2 coins but i had payed 5 coins for it.

Well since not many places in my country support Bitcoin payment, I sold some BTC for cash and bought myself some new jeans and shorts for the summer
Once I thought to buy a PC game from an online store, but with all the negative reviews about BTC payment in that store I decided to not do it Anyway I am looking forward and expect, that when more merchants start accepting Bitcoin here, I will buy more stuff in the future
