Be calm, please! don't worry! Although I am just a new member of bounty community but I have belief in the market will turn back. As I hear from some experts who have more experience in the cryptocurrency that the market will go the uptrend in next few days (maybe after May 15). I hope and believe that will come true. Nothing is never changes. Let's believe that the market come down then it will turn up again. Up and down is the variation rule of the market. So depend on our purpose as trade or long investment...we must have appropriate action at the appropriate time base on trend of the market.
Some opinions of my mind sharing here, you should reference experience of other members.

That those who have weak hands will get their profit will go to dust and only get more losses on their trades but for those who hold calmly their tokens they would maximize their profits and earn more than anyone else but this is only my suggestion so be wary on the news and fuds at always watch the market.

I think now market down because people buy bitcoins and price in near future will be very high. I think Nasdaq which accept BTC, Stellar, Litecoin in future can be nice news to development cryptocurrency

and if we compare from yesterday, we can see today that the market is changing into green again and many of the coins are trying to back to the last price. and it happens to bitcoin which want to increase higher and I hope that soon we can see bitcoin and altcoin is getting up to the higher price. the altcoin that trying to break the higher price in the poloniex is bytecoin and I see that the price is moving to the higher price and it's competing with gnt, huc, and sc. I wonder how much bytecoin will increase this time.
now all coins are turning green, and hopefully, this will last for a long time. although some coins are still red that are likely to turn green too

Yesterday the whole market was red, but today it is very pleasing that the whole green is like a meadow))
