This is the same as happened in 2019 when the price of bitcoin went up, but the price of altcoins did not have a fast development like bitcoin. however, I think the current situation is better. however, the current recovery has not actually occurred and is still in progress. even now the altcoin price is still waiting for the bitcoin pump price to be pumped back. Well, we need to look at this in the future.

But now a new thing in coming to altcoin, that the prices of all altcoins are fluctuating very badly and not able to stable in a single position for at least an hour. Just enjoy the waves you can easily earn profit with that movement of Altcoins. this is a good things for short term traders they can easily gain money for that movement its advantage for them since thats what they are looking for.
But don't forget to be very careful since there are many people loosing in that Altcoin movement you just need to have your own stop lost if the market is not favor in your prediction you can easily cut your losses.

Its actually a normal thing in crypto market. Prices tend to go down and up, there are so many projects that are dropping with short period of time. Why? Im sure its about people transferring to different new coins and tokens that worth to invest with. If you noticed for example is on the IEO processes. Some of them are just taking away the profits then leave the project. No one actually stays longer on each project.

Is there a reason why you have called it as a drama while the market itself will determine the price of altcoin? When you are actively watching the development progress and there was so many huge updates in altcoin.
The drama I'm seeing around altcoins lately aren't a bad one but a very bullish one, ethereum made it to 380$ and projects like DOS token, DIA token, Chainlink, are all so bullish, it's better to keep holding your altcoins and be patience
The market won't change according to your wish, it moves in a random manner. We are supposed to make our decisions based on the market moves. Ethereum hasn't shown signs of large fluctuations, I believe the altcoins mentioned in the OP were listed above 100 on coinmarketcap. Past two days the market was green, and today it has turned red. There'll be atleast some minor fluctuation between time. We can't expect stable value with time.
It's not a new thing, altcoins are more volatile than bitcoin, therefore that fluctuation you witnessed is just normal.
We may see that altcoins is stable for some time, but that doesn't mean the market has already become stable as anytime price could significantly move, either it will pump or it will dump, that's the reality, so better get used to it.

Why do you want or need stable prices in the first place? If you want to make payment with fixed value you can use stablecoins. Most traders like volatility and rapid market movements as this gives them the chance to trade and profit and this is what crypto market is famous for.
It is not new.. its always been like that.. when the top currencies are on fire some of the altcoins are so down.. but we cannot do anything about it.. just have long patience.. maybe in the next few hours those altcoin prices will rise

Nothing you can do than to be patient, this is not the altcoin season yet, besides, this is market fluctuating which is very common with crypto, if you are not a day trader, you can just hold and watch the market stabilise a bit, if you are trading then you have to apply caution to not incur several loss as a result.
The best approach for one to utilise in reducing losses from trading is to set stop loss on every trade carried out. This would help to reduce the impact of the high volatility we experience lately in the cryptocurrency space. Atimes I feel the reason for these volatility could be as a result of people or a community pumping the value of altcoin.
