Sorry but Fluctuating is part of crypto market,the Volatility and the decentralization is way that's why it is normal that we will have this kind of market movement.So what is that Stable that you are asking?
What you mean you wanted the price get stable in a certain value while the market is going?if this will happen then for sure investors will never enter because that means market is not healthy.

I think it's one of the normal things that will happen during the bull run (or bear run) as people are booking profits and the volumes in the exchanges are higher. Nothing to worry about.

Seems like the bubble of Defis is bursting after all these rugs and bugs in some good coins , people are losing trust and yesterday some of them like BZRX wend down 30% , Seems like this fashin is over and bitcoin dominance is going up again .
There's nothing you can do about it because that's when ico created a huge hype in 2017 and now new defi projects are running to create that kind of hype. Also if you have good skills in trading then you can spend time and money there. Otherwise if you have less experience with trading then hold on and be patient. If you have patience at this time, you will get good profit in the future, so you have to use the right time and this is the skill of a crypto user.
You are absolutely right on that there is nothing you can change, the market is always changeable and we should try following the event. If you want to gain you should spend a lot of time getting knowledge about investing and trading. It would be also better to get knowledge from other experiences.
