Several Ponzi websites where they appear as founders?

They better present a justification or will be confirming tacitly their responsibility also on those scams.

Were you really expecting that the scammer medri would accept a compulsory third party decision about your ("his") money? His acceptance is just a smoke screen to enable him to keep kicking the can down the road hoping this somehow goes away and he can keep the money. He knows from the start that the money is yours and he couldnt care less for your identity.

As you know medri/eliale and davide/paci are the founders of the Rock Trading. Are these scammers also behind these ponzi schmes?

These are all down but according to google also had as founders  "Andrea Medri (CFO) and Davide Barbieri (CTO)"

This would explain a lot. But are they capable of also doing ponzi schemes? Or did someone steal their identities?

These scammers have more explanations to give to the community. This is serious.

That trading volume is just another of their lies.

I decided to take this mess to arbitrage, in order to avoid the delays of a criminal complaint.

Even if the list of European arbitrators is huge and from many countries, they rejected all other arbitrage options, but the one they couldn't reject because they are automatically subject to it under italian law as an italian "non financial operator".

Moreover, its decision isn't formally binding and they take a median time of 295 days to decide! How convenient.


But now they clearly can't keep raising suspicions that I'm an hacker or some sort of criminal, as completely abusively they did several times. Criminals don't present complaints to arbitrage with full disclose of identity.

Moreover, even if the complaint requests that personal details shouldn't be given to them, since they have no duty (under italian law) or right (under their TOS/FAQ) to know them, probably they received them anyway.

So, they had no right in this case to know their customer, but it seems that now they know: full name, address and phone.

They also received the evidence of property, including a scan made a few days ago of the online system of the banking account I used on 2013 to make a few small euro withdrawals (when their TOS allowed unverified customers to do this).

Therefore, they completely lost the fake justifications they were arguing to retain my money: there is no anonymity any longer, they are certain I'm no hacker and they clearly know that the evidence that the money is mine is irrefutable.

If they keep my money blocked, they will just confirm that they are doing this with the goal of keeping my money "forever" (quoting him).

These are the stats Rock Trading are sending to CMC but they seem a massive lie to me. How could they be trading between 500,000 EUR to 3.5 million EUR a day?

One time to many pal. They should be out of business. Changelly gang lost so much business because they shady actions. Hopely this bunch will also loose.

They will think twice before trying something like this again.

s1lverbox, thanks for taking this fight to twitter. A lot of their customers will read your post and will be aware of what they do to customers.

The fact that they gave up defending themselves and decided to hide their head on the sand, hoping this will somehow go away, means that they recognize they completely lost this public fight.

Usually i dont take part in things like this but i been scammed myself and know the feeling.
Beside after getting all details about this this is as serious as it can be.

U have all accounts, all details and everythign and yet they still keeping your funds. Thats not right.
I really hope yopu will eventually get your funds back.

On twitter they never responded so that tell me a lot.

The more platforms these scammers get exposed on the more it will highlight their failings to gullible and newbie investors. We all have to work together to expose as many scammers as possible in order to stop others getting scammed.
