Being a bounty hunter also need to be diligent, for every part of the things that related to the bounty hunting. Aside from that, a bounty hunter will also need to understand the trend of the market, so we will be able to sell the reward coins in a good price, instead of just dumping them.
Bounty program actually already changed life of many people, in 2017 alot of bounty hunter was received big reward and some bounty hunter also bought apartment and new car from bounty reward. So no reason to left this freelance job because this job still promising though now the crypto market still bearish. When crypto market change to bullish , i think bounty program will promising good reward again.
in fact there are still many people who follow the bounty campaign. even though there are many people who leave bounties and sell their accounts. but in my opinion it is good, when the bounty hunter will be reduced due to trust, the results obtained by people who still believe in the bounty can be more maximal. And where are the people now? I'm sure majority have decided to go full bounty hunting and ended up not making the same money in 2018 because of the bearish trend. So they either have to sell their cars, their apartments in order to survived at this very moment.
And for those who quit their jobs? Damn it will be heart breaking to see that you left something stable and chooses to chase bounties which turn out to be not paying and not giving you the same profits in 2017, truly damaging specially if you have families to feed.

currently being a bounty hunter is indeed difficult not as easy as before because many fraudulent projects and also market prices that do not support make unsatisfactory results. therefore it is very important to first study and observe a project before deciding to join and follow it.
Stop supporting all the shit projects thats blooming everyday with different names which made the ICO investments like shit,only support the good then it will be good for you as well and also for the crypto community to be scam free.

I am still have higher spirit for joining bounty campaign, always keep joined and participated at bounty campaign because I will get one bounty campaign have higher price later, maybe one or two year later my asset from coin will have higher price.
Thanks for the advise ,as a bounty hunter what matters the most is having patience, before getting rewards from bounties takes long time and it can be frustrating, but if you love doing it you will never get tired of it
Lol. Whatever you say, bounty hunting is still similar to gambling. I mean how do you know if the project will be successful upon joining? Just like year alone a lot of bounty took time paying their participants, so I don't know how can you stay for like months waiting for something that has less or no value at all?, imho.
the main thing as a bounty hunter is patience. This attitude really must be within us, the number of fraudulent projects does not become discouraged but must think about how to progress well. not just a bounty hunter, but all things related to this cryptoqurency world.

Of course you will need patience , the bounty when the Manager tells you that the payments are cut 10 or 20 times. In such situations, only have that to endure. On the other hand, the participants of the bounty only lose your time, not money . So there is nothing surprising in this . Suffer. 
That's for sure. Bounty hunters now need a lot of patience to withstand all the bullying that ICO teams have now begun to use en masse since the completion of the ICO before, in rare cases, paying us the earned tokens. Thanks to contrived KYC checks, the ICO teams now have a real opportunity not to pay us the earned tokens. After the end of ICO, we have been rereading hundreds of messages in telegrams for several months in order not to miss messages on the order and timing of the KYC check. It has simply become a competition if the ICO team can fool bounty hunters after completing their ICO, or not, and in many cases they actually succeed. 
Bounty is like business and in business loss and profit always in parallel with different magnitude so don't lose your hope and as you said very well be careful l and never disappoint in first loss.
As a bounty hunter, of course, the job is not easy. Because we have to be patient in facing any situation and be careful in doing everything. The bounty hunter must be strong because there are so many negative things that you will get.
I think as bounty hunter we need a very patience spirit. Because bounty payment are always delayed and some other bounty or project are fall into scam and we can really earn from our work. Bounty hunting is a kind of job that is no assurance to earn at all. Because we don't really know what kind of project that is suitable for the crowd we don't know what project will go to moon so this bounding hunting is also depend on our luck.

As a bounty hunter, it must be strong enough to hold all the results achieved, all that is obtained will not be the same and will have predictions that we do not expect, then the points above must be owned so that they are not tempted by fraud.
Being a bounty hunter really need something that many other people doesn't have, cause believe it or not, the result form it is un-predictable.
Sometimes we could get many, and sometimes we could get less or even nothing at all.
