On the one hand, I think that dooglus didn't do anything wrong in this issue, because he never tried to profit from exploiting anything/anybody.
On the other hand it makes me sad to see how many people are just going "dooglus has a better reputation than this guy, therefore he is right".
I feel like the winner of an argument should be based on what he did right in THAT argument and not on what he did right or wrong in the past.

Agreed.  Too many people will just blindly support someone, we've seen it with the scams in the past.    They're not doing Dooglus any favors as it actually looks suspicious to any of us that are seasoned.

If you're going to post accusations of blackmail & sabotage you might consider posting some proof as well.

Just my 2 cents.

The whole situation sounded like the op was in a game he didn't understand and he was out of his depth. By posting here he just made his site look amateur. Dooglus could have been nicer about it, but had no reason to be!

Speaking of my pawn Arrogant, did you see the lovely review he wrote of Just-Dice.com?

I didn't even pay him for it!

Acc bought - used solely for signature testing
Looks like this user lost his site (doesn't come online and probably no one plays it anymore) over 1 BTC. Probably spent a lot more than that on development of the site. Was quite an original idea I'll say.

It was pretty much a copy of moneypot without the fun multiplayer or realtime aspects.

Nicely implemented though, gotta give him that.
It looks really nice honestly. I bet if the site was auctioned it could fetch a couple BTC at least possibly 10 or so. If I could supply such a bankroll I would offer a couple BTC for it. Sadly I could buy the site but would probably have the same 10 BTC bankroll as the OP which wouldn't be good enough to cater to the target market.

i disagree.  dooglus has proven time and time again that he acts with honesty and integrity. He is extremely knowledgeable about bitcoins and bitcoin dice.  That means that in a dispute with someone who is relatively unknown , his side earns extra weight.  The flipside of the (bit)coin is true as well; if dooglus was to lie, cheat, or steal it would cause irreparable damage to his reputation (and likely cost him a significant about of money).

I 100% agreee with whatever dooglus just said

About 50% of what omahapoker says is half true. The other half is 50% false.
The first 50% dooglus said is true, the other 50% is TROLLL!

So I don't understand completely.. But it does sound kinda like blackmail, which I think is very unfair.. But I don't know the whole story, good luck to all parties

I told him about the exploit and asked what it was worth.

He suggested 0.2 BTC, I asked for 1 BTC. He agreed.

That's pretty much the whole story.

Except then he changed his mind about the payment because I gave his site a low trust rating (because I don't have a reason to trust it) and a low community rating (because it didn't even have on-site chat), and because of some wall-of-text conspiracy theory about Arrogant that I didn't really bother to read.

I don't see where blackmail comes in to it. There was something like "if you apologise we will reconsider paying you" but fuck that. I have nothing to apologise for.
