a good defense from the match against Jared Cannonier. and some of his other finals. indeed a pretty good points adrift by Israel Adesanya. I was expecting a lot. maybe Robert Whittaker will meet him against his will. last February or will have the same fate as Marvin Vettori in the previous battle for the throne. Indeed, if you count points, Israel Adesanya is superior. Let's see Robert Whittaker's preparations or even the other way around.

The full overview of the event:

I was asking myself why Hall was on the early prelims, and he loses. WTF Uriah? Lawler, Cerone, let's call it quits. As for the main events, nothing unexpected here. Adesanya is quickly becoming the Woodly of the division. Alex is seemingly unstoppable, he'll have to move up a division to get a real challenge.

Lost my bets in this card but doesn't really matter. I was having fun looking at post-fight reactions Grin Izzy had the last laugh (again). Making easy work of Jared while Strickland lost in an embarrassing way. Izzy was right during that pre-fight conference that Sean should focus on Alex because he's a tough opponent. 'He will sleep you', he said and it's exactly what happened. It really doesn't help when you're already taunting the champ but you haven't defeated the opponent in front of you.

Hopefully, the third fight will put an end of Volkanovski vs. Holloway. Not a KO but still a convincing win for Alex.

Adesanya vs Cannonier, always the result delayed. Placed on Adesanya to win the fight @1.19 whereas the odds for Cannonier @5.80, let's wait there's is chance of someone to be lucky out of this match. Right now entire discussion is all about StyleBender walkout with style.

UFC is just getting started so tune in and watch Prelims that are starting in few minutes with Joe Rogan and Daniel Cormier as commentators.
Don't miss early prelims, there are some great fights you don't want to miss if you like watching MMA.
I played on some surprise wins this time on one of my Sportsbet ticket with Uriah Hall and Donald Cerrone, and on other I played more safe option with Adesanya and Volkanovski.
Crossing fingers and getting the drinks ready!

Did anybody watch the pre fight press conference?  Watch it if you haven't and wait for Sean Strickland and Adesanya have a little back and forth at each other.  It is hilaaarious.  Strickland owned Adesanya's ass and it was sooo funny.  Omg, I hope those two get to face each other in a couple of years.

Strickland was just being funny and was keeping it real.  And you guys know how Adesanya gets cringey sometimes...  Cheesy  He had nothing on Strickland.
I wasn't really that interested in a Strickland vs Izzy fight until this. I can't remember Strickland being that good on the mic either. Don't get me wrong, he's no Mcgregor, but it was refreshing to hear from the normal things he says. Especially, since it's usually Izzy with a bit of flair, and styling on his opponents.

Honestly, if that fight were to happen, I think Izzy absolutely schools him. I don't really see much of a path to victory for Strickland in that fight. I'm not even sure he'll get past Alex.

Yup..  It was like he had a comedy routine.  Lol.  Man he was having a field day on Adesanya's long, polished nails, his pearls and other stuff.  Cheesy  If anybody itt hasn't watched it yet, watch iiit!  Seriously.

But you gotta see what Strickland did there.  He made his match vs Pereira now more interesting.  What if he wins.  Does he get the title shot since he beat the guy who KO'd Adesanya in kick boxing?  I wouldn't mind that tbh.

Here are the weigh in results.  No misses.

Champ Israel Adesanya (183.5) vs Jared Cannonier (184.5)
Alexander Volkanovski (144.5) vs Max Holloway (144.5)
Alex Pereira (184.5) vs Sean Strickland (185.5)
Bryan Barberena (170.5) vs Robbie Lawler (171)
Pedro Munhoz (135.5) vs Sean O’Malley (135)
Brad Riddell (155.5) vs Jalin Turner (155.5)
Donald Cerrone (170.5) vs Jim Miller (170l.5)
Ian Garry (171) vs Gabe Green (170)
Dricus Du Plessis (185) vs Brad Tavares (185.5)
Uriah Hall (186) vs Andre Muniz (185.5) Maycee Barber (126) vs.
Jessica Eye (126) Jessica-Rose Clark (135.5) vs Julija Stoliarenko (136)

Right, so my bets are above. However, I've also got my predictions for the whole card:

Israel Adesanya
Alexander Volkanovski
Alex Pereira
Bryan Barberena
Pedro Munhoz
Brad Riddell
Jim Miller
Gabe Green
Dricus Du Plessis
André Muniz
Maycee Barber
Jessica-Rose Clark

I might place two bets, considering I won that money last weekend. The one bet that I've already mentioned (which I deem the safe bet), and then a slightly more risky one with more reward. Here:

Jessica-Rose Clark decision
Maycee Barber decision
André Muniz
Dricus Du Plessis
Jim Miller
Alexander Volkanovski
Israel Adesanya

I think that actually looks pretty good. It wouldn't give a massive amount of money. 23.40 odds. If you stick a Volk decision on it instead, it would be 34.32 odds.

Great Picks Probably my picks were the same as yours and pretty much many would love to know our picks, as a guide for them to bet, this will be a great guide for them and for me as well, and just like Tokeweed and the others here in the thread, your picks sometimes consider me to not bet for some fights, and it really helps me a lot because it proves it was the right thing, surely

So here is my prediction on what may happen and picks for the UFC 276 highlighted in green are my picks

Israel Adesanya VS Jared Cannonier

Considering this fight will be the hardest fight Izzy would get so far, Considering his durability of Jared I think this could go the distance, and Jared Cannonier surely has the strength with his strikes, but for me, Israel Adesanya has the smarts and the technicality when it comes to his strikes, and surely has a great takedown defense, and considering that technicality Jared Cannonier still have a chance for an upset, if he can catch Adesanya with a heavy shot of catching him on the ground for a submission, but considering Adesanya's Wits with this kind of opponent, and how the style bender can simply evade that crucial window his opponent can take, that is why Izzy has the large portion on why he is the favorite one to win here, Stake odds for this fight are 1.24 for Adesanya while 5.00 for Cannonier, for me Israel Adesanya for a decision win,

Alexander Volkanovski VS Max Holloway

This 3rd rematch for these two surely makes me wonder why make a trilogy? but considering the fact that Max Holloway had a close fight with Volkanovski, why not, surely on the press conference these two surely love each other so much now that they consider fighting each other again, I consider this fight as close as it gets, but Alexander Volkanovski, in my opinion, has a new set of skill on his sleeve that may surprise Max Holloway, and for me, this could really turn out the same as the previous fights they had Stake odds for this fight are 1.54 for Volkanovski while 2.70 for Holloway, my take Volkanovski will win,

Sean Strickland VS Alex Pereira

Sean Strickland has a good stand-up, but for me, it is just average he surely has an option for a submission, but we rarely see him does, but for me even though he has good stand-up Alex Pereira has an excellent Striking, with that Kickboxing background, and pretty much that knock out on Izzy was not mere lucky it was a legit knockout I see Pereira as a calculating guy, trying to close the distance, and giving his opponent some fake and downloading his opponent's movement like picturing out what he may do and trying it out the next time they clash, I think this is the advantage of Pereira over Strickland but the odds for this fight is for Strickland, in Stake the odds are 1.87 for Strickland while 2.07 for Pereira, but I would go to the underdog and that is Alex Pereira,

Jessica-Rose Clark VS Julija Stoliarenko

For this fight, I am not underestimating Julija Stoliarenko, even though she doesn't have any knockout record he surely has 8 Submission wins over her 17 matches, but with that 3 consecutive losses, she may still lose with submission and her Opponent can out strike her, but for Rose Clark, my fighting kitten, she is well rounded enough to take on Stoliarenko, she can surely out strike Julija Stoliarenko, she can catch her with a submission as well but always be careful on a counter in the ground, or she can also bust a Knockout win, but for me, a sure safe win for Jessica-Rose Clark would out strike Julija Stoliarenko and win by decision, Stake odds are 1.66 for Clark, while 2.39 for Stoliarenko,

UFC 276:  Pre Fight Press Conference
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CAe4gQjibVo

That was the most hilarious press conference that I watched a great job to Strickland mostly that jacking off the cartoon thing pun really hit the spot on Izzy and what can I say all men do it? and Izzy also confirms that it's the fact,

But man! who's not gonna love Sean Strickland for those Hilarious talks, he even disses the crowd for saying bad things to most fighters, well funny as it is, Alex Pereira isn't really happy or he is just one serious dude, or maybe because he can not understand a thing at all, he sure needs to learn some English,

UFC 276 has action pack fights starting from the main event going to Holloway and down to Omalley.

The odds of Pereira vs Strickland looks very fair.  Pereira I think is the tough guy with speed. If you haven't heard of it, this guy is the one that knocks Izzy when he was just starting in Kickboxing. I think Pereira is about to chase the acheivement of Izzy which they may fight in the coming months. But of course, Izzy is not what he was.

Well, that was the discussion at the press Conference Sean Strickland keeps on Murderizing Adesanya with those puns about Pereira making Adesanya sleeps, and Izzy just replying "Do you watch the whole fight?" maybe stating how Sean Strickland was checking on the facts, but man they are all just chilling I'd really expect much trash talk at each other but man Sean Strickland pretty much has all the highlights now I really want him to win that funny guy but he's definitely going to have a hard time with Alex Pereira no doubt about that,

I'm still deciding on my predictions, but I think my bet will be something like this:

- Israel Adesanya vs Jared Cannonier to not go the distance
- Alexander Volkanovski decision
- Sean Strickland decision
- Maycee Barber to go the distance

Just now seeing, I'm expecting most of the fights to reach a conclusion via points. Might need to change that Cheesy. Maybe, Izzy, Volk, Sean Strickland to win, and then Maycee Barber to go the distance instead.

Great choice, in my opinion, I really like your decision, especially the Izzy and Volk I also think these two fights will go the distance but I will not be surprised if Volkanovski would knockout Max Holloway, I mean he is now familiar with Holloway's movements and style, for the Izzy and Jared Cannoneer, the Cannon as his saying reference that he's not the Cannon Fodder but the Cannon itself I think will surely go the distance, but if Jared could land a devastating blow to Izzy the fight will be over because of the Cannon's powerful strikes, which is I really doubt,

I don't know if anyone noticed how skinny and weak Max Holloway looked on scale, you can see it in his face, but maybe something will change and he recovers for his fight with Volkanovski.
If I was to haveth a guess, it would be a bad cut, which in theory he could recover from before the fight. Both of these guys have insane cardio though, and if he has had a bad cut, it would be interesting to see how that might affect that cardio. As we know, Volk is relentless at times.

It'll be an interesting event, I'll be getting my predictions out. I'll be looking to bet a little more safe like I did the other week. I'm thinking a four fold accumulator which returns something like 2k.
Good news is that we have all fights confirmed for upcoming event as they passed weight and some of them looked very sharp.

I am leaning towards Volkanovski unless Holloway performs above my expectations or win with some insane elbow kick.

My main picks are Adesanya, Volkanovski, Strickland, O’Malley and Uriah Hall.

Strickland must prove a KO win over Pereira so that if he fails he will be humiliated by his own ego during the pre-fight press conference. The big man had to win to show his abilities worthy of a candidate against Izzy.
I don't think that's happening. I mean, I wouldn't recommend his normal fighting style, as I think he gets knocked out. The best approach would be mixing it up, giving Alex the take down threat, so he isn't as loose on the feet. I don't know what's going to happen in the fight, I can see Strickland winning, however I don't think he'll get the knockout, he'll be playing it somewhat safe.

Strickland is only skilled when the mic is in hand and speaks his harsh opinion to all the fighters, I don't expect him to focus more on Izzy than his opponent, and and Cannonier doesn't say any harsh words even though he's guaranteed to fight Adesanya. Strickland must prove a KO win over Pereira so that if he fails he will be humiliated by his own ego during the pre-fight press conference. I’m thinking about throwing up a parlay with Izzy and Sugar. I like both fighters and they seem to be favorites judging from the gambling odds. I don’t usually throw down UFC bets, but I think I may watch this event because I like to see Sugar fight and Izzy is a Stake guy. Not the greatest win potential as far as reward, but you gotta go with your guys.
True, always feel weird betting against my favourites, hence why it feels a little weird to not go with Izzy. Although, I'm not much of a fan of O'Malley, and I do think he's very beatable. At times I think there's been questions about his heart when the going gets tough. Plus, he has a tough opponent ahead of him.

Whatever the outcome I'll be interested to see how he does. Probably one of his hardest opponents to date? I actually think he'll look to sit behind the jab, keep the distance, and therefore keep the power shots, and take downs to a minium, and just look to out score his opponent. However, I'm not willing to bet money on that.

I can't wait for this UFC event to start in few days and I am going to tune in early to watch prelims with Cowboy Cerrone, Uriah Hall and Maycee Barber.
Main and co-main events are just cherries on top, and I think we can find some great betting opportunities.
I am confident Israel Adesanya will win in main event but odds are very low on him, but Cannonier is great fighter and I believe fight will go all five rounds.
Fight going to distance and other options are available for betting here:

That Cherries on Top is what I am really waiting for the Main and Co-main for me is a mindblowing fight to watch and definitely the Main event will go the distance that is for sure if you are watching Israel Adesanya and how he fights, this dude is literally making his opponent think on what is next in technicality he can not underestimate Jared Cannonier, but when it comes to speeds Izzy is your guy I'd say Cannonier, can have the power, but with the Smarts of Israel Adesanya, I think he can still manage this fight,

Volkanovski gave me hope and fascinated me over time. But his performance in this fight was poor. Also the two fighters had a great match. Holloway was great in this fight, he approached wisely and strategically. I thought these adjustments were made faster because Volkanovski was more experienced and knew exactly what Holloway had to offer. That's what happened.

Max Holloway is a crucial guy to fight and because if you fight him error is not an option that is why Alexander Volkanovski needs to be cautious when he fights, we can never know how far Holloway have got, but still, Volkanovski has an upgrade of his sleeves when he fights the Korean Zombie, Jung Chan-sung pretty much have proven he evolve his style from a careless Zombie and tanking all the hits, from a calculating zombie that pretty much has a technical approach in his strike, because in overtime his durability also withers, but Volkanovski have proven he is more smart than the Korean Zombie that is why I think the fight with Holloway can still be the same result,

There are many more sexy pictures of Jessy Jess but you used one where she is wearing something similar to a woman's business suit heheheehehe.

Yup! there is but I think I haven't seen a more business attire suit on her, but surely that picture that you have shared is what I like the most,

However, do not underestimate the Russian, Julija Stoliarenko. She has a tricky armbar. Also, underdogs in the women's division appear to be winning recently. There was the pole dancer Vanessa Demopoulos and also the other one who defeated another kitty, Maria the Spider Oliveira. She wanted to be called the Spider because she wants to look like Anderson Silva in the octagon hehe.

I am not underestimating Julija Stoliarenko in fact she is a danger to our Harley Quinn, but I trust her that she can be more well-rounded, if she feels that the opponent is very hard on the stand-up, that is why I would trust what I believe and Israel Adesanya prediction also pick her to win over Julija Stoliarenko, so there that,

Sugar is one of my favorite strikers, he uses both guards very effectively and always makes high numbered combos when he starts punching. All of these hits are explosively accurate. All the fights on this card are exciting, I can't wait to watch. I haven't made a full decision for now, but I'm planning to place a bet for a game or two, one of these matches will definitely be Sugar's match.

Have you seen Adesanya vs Cannonoier odds? 1.21 for Izzy and 4.3 Cannonier. Bookies give Cannonier little chances to win, and he is top2 in weight division Cheesy I think this is going to Adesanyas usual fight. He is not rushing anywhere. Maybe fight would even go full distance. Izzy will fence with his jab, throw lots of calf kicks, change stances frequently. Stances and reach advantage is Adesanyas best weapon. Did you notice that he always fight in mirror stance, that allow both fighters to land more damaging strikes, but due to reach advantage he always win that duel? Cheesy
