I've started deleting trust I've left for wackjobs like notbatman or BADecker.    I sure don't trust anything those idiots say, but Theymos is correct - red trust should be left for scammers.  I fully endorse his philosophy.

This should how the DT members should act. theymos is concern about the abuses being made from the DT. Like in those market place where accounts to be trade is allowed but most sellers are tagged with negative trust. I do not really know if they were really being proven as scammer but I do believe that DT are responsible in giving red trust. Maybe not all DT's are abusing in giving red trust but jist hoping that there are ain't abuses as it seems theymos had made some reactions on this.

I did think about QS. He always seems to be available to reply to their threads fairly quickly & is very active in them. CH started a thread about me in Reputation & QS was on hand to back him up fairly quickly agreeing that I shouldn’t be a Merit source or on DT.

No, Thule's problems predate CH's recent hysteria and their language is quite different. Another recent multi-accounting troll is Rambotnic. Those three (Thule, CH, Rambotnic) are almost certainly different users, each with their own set of sockpuppets. Their interests align (troll the shit out of DT/merit/etc) so they support each other.

The rest of the bus-bicycle-coup gang is somewhat murky. There was a group of alts in it that probably doesn't belong to CH. Quickseller might have had a hand in it because some of those users popped up after months of being dormant since a prior attack on Lauda. Or it could just be an unrelated group of Lauda's foes.

Well this post is highly insightful. However, it would seem that OGnasty has recently had a rethink on this matter?  him and lauda seem to have traded some red trust removal. This is great for the individuals but places the entire forum at greater risk. This is a VERY bad move from OGnasty. I wonder what has caused this 180 on lauda?  How soon before Tman and owlcatz remove their red ?  can't do it all in one go since that would appear too colluding. I wonder if this came as part of the deal.

RE topic: Obviously not. The current implementation of the trust system is basically the same as the chinese social credit score system. One post is not going to change that.
