Even a project which looks legit could be deceive you and otherbounty hunters. Just join in campaign which managed by reputable managers and think 10 times before join to altcoin campaign which managed by some random manager.
The fact is that Bounty Hunters can always suffer at any stages of the passage of the Bounty Company, even with a real distribution of rewards.  I still keep very unpleasant Memories in my soul from participating in the Bounty company Hawk, which I spent 2 months of my time on.  The bounty company was held without any obstacles and problems, And on my part, all the conditions were met.  but during the distribution, I saw in the Distribution Spreadsheet that the name of my account and my email address were indicated with a different wallet address.  thus, the company’s Bounty team made a mistake and apparently paid rewards to another person.  I corresponded with the Bounty manager and with the official representative of the company, in which they recognized the error, and promised to pay me only a quarter of the remuneration.  But so far I have not received anything at all.  thus, I became convinced that the prospects of the project did not yet give a 100% guarantee of satisfaction for the bounty hunter.

It's a great idea for one to make some research before joining any bounty program. There are several dead projects which are still listed on exchanges and one may never know until some time is taken to ask or make research. It feels really good to be reminded that bounty hunters need to be careful and very watchful before joining any campaign.

I came across AZBI network bounty few days back and I bookmark the page so I can join later and that will be my first bounty on this forum but I noticed a lie about the project, below is the link to the project

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/bountyazbi-network-multichain-system-100-mln-azbi-on-exchange-5243303

It's said they are listed on the bounty thread but after going to the exchange where thy claimed to have listed (UNISWAP) I can't find any token called AZBI on the exchange platform, even the second listed exchange called Bamboorelay has no single volume at all.

To me this is a very poor bounty project, they used uniswap name to deceive those who are too quick or haste to make money, there is no demand for this token, it's a dead end, I'm glad I spend my time doing few digs if not I would have joined the campaign.

A good lesson learnt here

Eyah! Sorry about that buddy, probably it was new to you because you're a newbie, now you're learning.  That is just one out of thousands scam projects out there.  They help you waste your time, energy and other resources like money in case you succumbed to their gimmicks and invest.  Look well before you opt in for any bounty, because many of them are shit nowadays with nonsense promises.

I did their airdrop, received it, and was not expecting any magic from the team. Was later listed on BW, didn't bother to check the price because the TS was too huge to make $1 from the about 55k tokens I was given, have never followed with their development since then. Maybe my 55k airdrop will be worth around $55k if they don't shutdown or swap without my knowledge.

Bounties can be very deceiving at times, many did research on blockburn before the bounty starts and when they are fully aware about the demands and volume on listed exchanges everyone start joining the bounty but today no more volume and the value in down, bounties are strictly based on luck
If we do the research right, I don't think we will be stuck in a bad project.
I also wanted to take part in Blockburn, but after I did some research, they held IEO at ChainX and after I found out about ChainX had a lot of problems I didn't want to follow it.

I've read it, but I think it's not the final decision because it can still change. related to market exchange, it is still a plan and may be listed in the middle of the bounty or end, it could even move to another market exchange because there are certain terms and conditions that must be met and it will return to the final decision of the dev project.
the obvious thing now is that this token does not have a large volume in the mentioned market. but, you might be able to sell this token at forkdelta. well, people's opinions might be very good when this project lists one of the popular markets. I guess people will disappear when that happens.
forkdelta is not a good choice to sell tokens, it is better to wait for more information about the project's market list, maybe they are planning something or maybe they still have funding constraints to register on the popular exchange, if dev is still providing information about the project, it is better just wait

that is a small part of the many bad projects out there. there are so many projects created for their own benefit. we must think many times and continue to monitor the progress of their project before deciding to join.

if the project has a bad performance then leave it. there are still many projects to choose from. still be careful because some projects look good but actually they are no different from other bad projects.

You have done good anticipation. Things that are not easy to do if someone is too obsessed to immediately make money. The recent trend is that several projects have held bounty campaigns with the lure of being registered on the exchange. That is not a guarantee that you will get a worthwhile reward. An in-depth analysis needs to be done, especially if the exchange used is shitexchange which often displays fake volume and buy orders that don't make sense.

It is better you dig it first before wasting your time to them, giving support but gives nothing in the end, and supposedly this a thing that every bounty hunters must do before taking into participation and so they don't have to claim about being unpaid in the future. What I am trying to say is that being ignorant of what the project team did will make us fool. If we take this stupidity because we are about to look only at the rewards, then it is expected to get fooled by them.

They probably were listed before but then got delisted sometimes afterwards due to some reason. Again, they a token might not have any volumes after getting listed probably because the tokens hasn't been released to the investors and just got into the list way before than expected.
But, all these tokens you are talking about are just shit tokens created by developers of shit project. Look at others complaining how the whitepaper is just a complete ripoff from another project. Probably the reason they got delisted from the exchange as soon as they saw the project was a scam.
Also, getting listed on an exchange is no way a sign of the project being legit.

Some folks are easily fooled by the huge rewards that are mentioned on the thread and hop into supporting any bounty campaign without necessarily looking at the project and its use case. Currently, the project I am supporting has a confirmed IEO on Probit and they have performed first round already. Hoping that this project turns out good in the future.

Listing on an exchange isn't enough for me to join on a bounty campaign, There are things to consider like the exchange, the volume of the coin, the starting crowd sale fundings, and many more. Having a coin on a good exchange boost the chance of getting paid what you deserved. If a coin is listed on an exchange, Volume is important because you can find here the support of the coin.
You're right but you know at this time specially all of the ranked people try to join exchanges listed projects also you wearing avater which is exchange listed. Yeah only  exchanges isn’t everything for a project, likes blockburn is the good example, these one listed a several shit exchanges so that there're no volume i see. IEO's launchpad or listed projects will be get quite attention from bounty hunters.

I have asked about these allegations in the azbi group and i have asked them to post the response in the forum. So lets see what happens and how they defend themselve and prove themselve legit, if they remain silent even after such allegations then i think community has the decision power to declare it whatever they conclude.

I do not buy the idea of thinking before joining campaigns. There are laid down strategies

1. do your own research, find out about the bounty manager, the team, find out every listing if it is real'; check through their main group etc.
2. Read the instructions of the bounty, some say token locks for weeks, months, some have unbelieavble task and peanuts.
3. Understand what the projects aims to do, is it reasonable ? can it ever work ??

Answer those questions and do more research before joining

If it is the first project you want to follow should consider again because there are still many other projects that we can rely on and they are already listed in several markets and we can plant full confidence, such a project we are looking for because if a project we follow and ultimately a scam then it is very painful because of the much time we have been wasting to make posts on the project.
right now I see a lot of good project campaigns that appeared in April, like KingCasino, IQCASH, DOGDATA, ARCS etc.,
maybe this beginning of the bounty will improve this year, hopefully

I actually bookmarked that bounty as well, but luckily stumbled upon to your post and upon learning this  I decide not going to join the bounty. I actually do the same thing they a bounty project claims that they are already listed, I check if they indeed listed and if they are not then I am not going to be your victim.
Most prize hunters have something in common especially about projects that already have exchanges so that there will be lots of participants joining them. but we need to remember that not all such projects can work well, lies have been revealed in the project referred to by the OP, and I think you have avoided it, we can make this a warning to be more vigilant before joining any project.
