Thinking of investing more, this is the right time to do so because the market is now in good shape with most of the coins rising in price as Bitcoin spearheads them to another bull run. Target coins can be the large cap coins because almost all of them are showing tremendous rise although Bitcoin has exceptionally good rising pace.
If you are confident in the token then keep it in spite of the fact that the market is falling. Just because you calculated that at some point a particular token will grow.

Now it is a very good time to invest in altcoin because they price of altcoin going down with the increased price of Bitcoin, so instead of investing in Bitcoin better start investing in some good potential which has huge chances to increase their price fastly once the price of Bitcoin stables.

Cutting losses can only be done when one still has a lot to salvage, and if it hasn't plummet down to the least price, and for now this bearish market has brought a lot of loss, if one hasn't sold since, then I do not think it's correct to sell now, just as you said, it's even better to hold on and wait for a minimal recovery, then one could recover a little. It's better to buy now than to sell, if you put many factors into consideration.

Because nobody knows when the market will start to rise. But, as I expected, this time not from Sales just stopped and watched the market and appreciate this time with I family on the grounds that in a few months the market will start to rise. So this time there is no compelling reason to offer. I don't know myself and I can't predict the increase. But if the coin that I hold is valid and worth holding, I better hold it or I have to cut my losses.
I think if you sell it and the result is not good maybe hold it is much better unless you get a small profit to what you have even the market is bearish. So I think better to hold it and observe the market so you know what your next step. 
in my opinion the crypto market situation is like this. selling is not a good decision. if the coin we have is a good coin (the top 10 coins in CMC) better hold it. I think now the crypto market has started pumping. and in my opinion if the coins we hold have gone up 3x-5x from the purchase price. you should sell and take profits then invest again. Don't be greedy and keep holding back hoping that prices will go up 100x too high.

For me, since the market is too depressing to watch, people kept losing money as time goes by it is better to invest and forget about it for a while and focus on something else like your carrier, family, friends, or hobbies, enjoy your time in real life. No one can predict the rise of cryptocurrencies and their value to go high again. Every hodlers of cryptocurrencies has its own way on how they can make profits from their investments even if the market is so low right now. And it also depends on the hodlers of cryptocurrency if they will sell their coins or wait for the time to rise their values.
