If you are looking for a long term investment then go invest more,
But if you couldn't handle it anymore then just quit for a while and relax take a break.

Because nobody knows when the market will start to rise. But, as I expected, this time not from Sales just stopped and watched the market and appreciate this time with I family on the grounds that in a few months the market will start to rise. So this time there is no compelling reason to offer. I don't know myself and I can't predict the increase. But if the coin that I hold is valid and worth holding, I better hold it or I have to cut my losses.
Investing in crypto market always requires stoploss. Without it, you will suffer a lot of losses. because our market is always changing, constantly changing. so placing stoploss is necessary and you should reinvent your portfolio. establish an investment plan with strict rules to avoid heavy losses in the future.

It just needs to be calculated - periodically and in coins/tokens that you believe in. Once you don't have the belief anymore sell it and reinvest it. Happened to me a lot of the time and actually it is quite easy to hodl when you do believe in the future of your coins/tokens. Very easy

I have decided to keep holding my portfolio selling now for me is at a lost, and most of my investment portfolio in 2018 are on the negative trend, the bear market trend had a negative impact on me economically. Reason why it is necessary for me to just hold nd expect the bull run to commence.
I don't think you think for yourself in this matter. I also feel that way. I know that every month, Bitcoin always shows extraordinary potential. So, I don't think about selling it now, or investing. maybe I will think about it after selling some of the assets I have when the time comes.

Im thinking to invest more on promising coins , like eth ,stellar , cardano and eos. And i dont have any intention to sell my fortfolio cause im waiting for the market to be bullish again.
I have no doubts that the coins in which you have invested are very good but you need to be smart, right now is not the moment to be holding your coins for years, what you need to do is to buy and sell those coins whenever is the right time, if you do that you could get some really nice profits during the time this bear market last and that I do not see ending in this year.

I think its much better if you are still holding your coin and start to sell it if the price of your holdings will start to increase for you not to have any regrets. I also think that you should be more picky in where you should invest your money because there are a lot of scam and unsuccessful projects nowadays. I think you are disoriented and you should regain your spirit. spirit is important and it affects the insight in your investment decisions.On the market, I researched and predicted that the market would be stable at 3k5-4k $ from Q1 to Q2.
You should only trade at the present time to get profit. hold will not bring any positive results.
Just as farmers plant in the rainy season in most cases, the time we are in now in cryptocurrency could be likened to a rainy season....it means ,it's the best time to plant (invest) and then hold(wait) till it's harvest time for high yields.

I agree with your opinion sir, especially during bear market, selling your coin is recommended unless it's already above the price during the time you bought it. Other traders chooses to sell their losing coins to buy another potential coin with lower price. The price of the cryptocurrencies are unpredictable so it is difficult to know when will the next price rally begins. Being always updated in the cryptomarket will help you decide in buying coins.
With bad situation where bitcoin and altcoin still on lower price, I will invest more than have sell at lower price. Many time I got bad moment where have to sell on lower price and our asset back recovery to higher price later.

if in my opinion, selling now is more like throwing away your money, so the best thing I will do is hold and maintain a better market trend in the near future.

It's better to invest more now. Holding and investing are the best things to do now. There are many thoughts about 2020, they said that Bitcoin will go back to its ATH or break the record. Selling now is not recommended especially if you only have a small amount of Bitcoins, it is better to to invest to make your profit bigger and bigger.
its about how patience you are. if you have fund for crypto, for your daily needed, and can wait for long time, i think you can out your money on it, invest and wait till the day come. but if you bored, you can sell with that profit or you can have your daily trading. i think its good to fill your fund
I am currently sitting at good portion of stable coins and waiting for little lower prices, around 3,5k $ per BTC to buy more. I have also little shorting position at 3,8k$ per BTC, target for me is 3,5k$ per BTC.
