I requested my 1st pay out on Saturday after reaching minimum balance to request, but not paid on Sunday {Yesterday}
Today "Hold My Payment" button [Shown for accounts with already made Cash out Request] is found changed to "Request for Cash Out" button keeping full balance 273706 Satoshi unchanged.
Now I have again clicked for Cash Out.

dont worry about referral's earning , we will add it directly to your account as credits as soon as your referral requests cashout. you get 15 percent of the amount she/he cashed out. hope that helps!

If you read the bottom of the page, it tells that it gives 70 - 70000 satoshi.
It's like that for a few days already. I'vw got Friday or Saturday a sub-700 dip.
