I doubt anything good is coming from it either. Lawer up and send them a legal notice. You can additionally file a complaint with their license provider that is  Curaçao (license No. 1668/JAZ)

Ensure you download all your interactions with them including your transactions/bet history. You've to form a very solid case for this to work so if you were actually cheating/violating any of their rules just drop it and move on.

I intended to email them myself to make them aware of this thread, since PMing them will most likely a dead end, seeing they've been offline for a long time. Given you've emailed them yourself, do you mind to keep us in the loop if they've ever replied to you? I think the usual standard response time is... five workdays, is it?

Inform us if you haven't heard anything at all by next week.

The OP of this case had the same situation as a past user you previously helped get thunderpick's response. If your plate can currently accommodate more situation, do you mind to reach them and perhaps get them be more specific on what thing does this user breached?

You will always get the same answer by reaching their live support agent or email support team. They aren't going to give you exact information for closing your account and seizing the funds. Even you won't get any help from any 3rd party mediators. Thunderpick team don't cooperate with the mediators. Now you have only one option left to get further help or information, you have to send email to their Dispute Resolution Office.

That’s the problem, if no one takes legal action, they’ll just keep operating. I’ve seen some casinos with numerous unresolved scam accusations here, yet they’re still running globally. In fact, they’re even among the more popular ones.

Anyway, thanks for your effort.... The account is already flagged, so I’m sure if gamblers check here first before gambling, they won’t make the same mistake you did.

Just submitted it to AskGamblers as well. I don't honestly expect any resolution here, I just wanted to warn you guys. This only stops if someone takes legal action against them.

I'm sorry for your loss, OP. It seems that the Thunderpick is no longer active on the forum, and if you check their account, they already have negative feedback related to another unresolved scam accusation.

What happened:
I want to warn you guys about the site thunderpick.io.
I won a decent amount of money on there ~around 9000$. I managed to withdraw 400$ and after that they asked me to do KYC verification. I sent them
everything they requested for on the same day. They also requested me to send them additional photo after that - a selfie of myself holding a piece of paper, which has
current date and thunderpick.io written on it, also sent that immediately. Then about 2 weeks go by and they sent me a email saying my account has been permanently closed and all account
funds have been seized. They say I breached legal terms 5.1 and 15.1, which I didn't and I don't even understand what they didn't like about me, when I asked for additional details they just say the same thing again that I breached legal terms legal terms 5.1 and 15.1 like total NPCs to be honest.

Long story short - win anything on that site and they will find whatever reason to just randomly close your account and not pay out winnings. Avoid this site if you want to actually manage to withdraw your winnings. I am sure they keep all the losing players there, but win anything there and it is curtains. I am not sure how can a fraudulent company like this still operate legally.
