Hello!

Tidex exchange support only EOT token asset which issued in the Waves network. For Deposits and withdrawals, you can use only Waves addresses which begins with 3P prefix.

I just opened an account on Tidex, actually they had to open it for me due to problems with the sign up page. I now have an account but need to change the password they used to create the account. This should be trivial, however, I just can't find where to do it on the platform, can anyone point me in the right direction please?

We did a lot of work and yes, Tidex Exchange has an official status with full functionality. But anyway, we continue to work, because there is always a space that we can fill.

wUSD and wEUR are the Waves based assets. With the Waves Lite client, you can transfer real EUR/USD to your account via bank transfer and then send them to your Tidex account.

For wUSD and wEUR transfers, you need to verify your Waves account. Please read more about verification here - http://support.wavesplatform.com/forums/2-knowledge-base/categories/124-eng/topics/

Oh, okay, that explains it. I'm confused at first what that "w" stands for but now I know. It appears that you are working closely with Waves team. I'm just being curious here but is Tidex related to Sasha and his team? Your market ticker seems like its promoting Waves token and its assets. Just noticed that because it is very prominent if you take a look closely at your site.  Grin

Just visited your website and I must say that you improved a lot in terms of site appearance.

Quick question, what is your process if some coin wanted to be listed in your exchange? Also, what is the meaning of "w" in wUSD and wEUR in your market ticker?

How long does it take even with the support ticket to see your challenges resolved, It is getting to more than 3 days since I wrote a ticket, though I got a response from the exchange to have been resolved yet i cant find it on my wallet.
