I messaged you a video showing you it won't let me create a ticket. after I click on submit it takes me to a security captcha page and it never creates a ticket.  


Your ticket system doesn't appear to be working. Every time I try to make a new ticket it never shows up. I sent you guys an email a few days ago also and I got no response. Is there a easy way to get a hold of you guys like a Slack channel?

What type of errors occurs while creating a support request? Do you receive any confirmation email? Please make sure that you use correct email or do not forget to check the spam folder.

Yes I used the correct email. I get no error messages or emails after I create the ticket. After I create a ticked no ticket is created nor can be found.

 I'm just trying to add a token to your exchange.

I sign up with an email and password, then my credentials are not accepted.

I try to use the password recovery, it says there is no email. I try to register again with the same email, I can't because email is in the system already.

What's up with that. Should I wait a bit?

Everyone except BTS and Steam. Soon we will remove these coins.

But information e-mail says "... It will be available during next 2 weeks."

And, Can I get back my STEEM without waiting 2 weeks?
