It's true what you say all need management, especially in terms of time management. But sorry 1000x sorry I'm not a really consistent person when dealing with time. I sometimes let it flow and work according to the mood. Maybe because I no longer work in a certain company that requires being on time every time. I as an entrepreneur control it all according to what I want to control. I feel free and have more free time than busy time. For now, I feel much more comfortable and less demanding to always come in the morning.
No don't say sorry. No one is perfect and for sure that even the most successful people can sometimes fail to manage their time properly. Once you missed a thing that is supposed to be in your schedule, then what can you do? Nothing but what you did is right. Just let it flow. Remember, there's still tomorrow and you can always try again next time.
There are times that we are down or weak, that is why procrastinate but experts say that it's fine. Just work according to your mood. You didn't work in a company anymore because you don't want to be controlled but that is one of the reason on why many of us want's to quit as well and be our own boss.
Doing everything if forced of course the results will not be too satisfying. And there's nothing wrong with being an easygoing person.
But there are times when a push comes that makes us change. when it comes to time management, my previous time management was very messy. I procrastinate more. And it turns out that these rights have an impact on the effectiveness of my business. so in the end I tried to get used to making a schedule of all my daily activities. at first I broke a lot or missed the schedule that I had made.
But as time goes by now I have become more disciplined in time.
Work and vacation schedules have their respective portions. because I don't work for someone else's company. I have an independent business and have an employee. Maybe the change that happened to me was because I had to set a good example for my employees. because the habits of employees are sometimes always not much different from the boss. if a boss is disciplined in time, then his employees will try to follow his boss. that's what I believe based on experience having previously worked for other people's companies and incidentally my former boss was a disciplined person. and I also at that time as an employee was trying to be more disciplined. although in the end I stopped and decided to open an independent business. and before having employees I really messed up in time discipline. But after having employees, then I improve myself. even though it feels heavy at first and of course it takes time. but over time everything got used to it.
