The situation on the market is now bad. The price of coins is almost not growing. But I think everything will be fine in a couple of months.

I prefer waiting to making investment now. In my opinion, the prices are still going down. If I have enough money and if I see a better opportunity, I maybe stop waiting and start to make buying.

If you consider what happen last year , I must say that you should buy some good coins right now because just like last year everything seems to fall down but when the holiday season starts the market starts to recover and every coin prices goes up.
Yes this is the best time to buy because all coins are in the bottom now and we all know that cryptocurrency will bounce back and IMHO this is the best time to accumulate some good altcoin.

It is very nice time to put some dozen of coins because the market is not moving up now and ,ost of coins are still low in price.
