So this coin has value and its near $1. I'm not surprised on how many tokens/coins are there that are being traded in different exchanges even having no real product.
What they are aiming is to list their coin and they are all good for it, this is the reality in today's crypto/altcoin. Those coins that are not really important are getting the stage through their marketing.

I believe that there is no time when it is bad to buy something. as on me better late than never. You can even buy at a high price and stay in the black.

Well, seems like we are indeed entering a bull market/trend. The price has been pretty strong for the past month now so it is a good time to buy. Some people get it wrong and think that when the price goes up it's better to sell but it's not really the case. Look at bitcoin when it went from 8k to 10k, for example, everyone thought that selling was the best thing to do and yet bitcoin reached 20k a few days later. You have to play the pumps.

According to me yes this is time to buy and my i prefer to buy eth now. Because eth is all most exploding that's why if you buy eth now then i think you will get a good profit.
