I really disagree that the best way to move all the money you have in altcoins to bitcoin.After all, bitcoin, though the main coin, but also very interesting in its vision.Manipulation happens all the time.It is better to go to Fiat at peak prices!
You could do both bitcoin and altcoins. I guess just be cautious and not invest your whole life into it. We are in the bear market.

The market still striving in the red with a lot of attempt to escape the bear but it seems there is no enough volume to support the bull in BTC... For now, now hasty decision is advised until the market bounce back to be predictable.
Expectations of the upward movement has already been going on for months, but we are marking time. The last chance for this year is 4 quarters, and if it is as calm, it will throw us back for another half a year in returning high market values and specific coins. That is a good way of thinking.
But how are you going to do it to push every holder of altcoins?
You can blabber anything you want but you cannot make them do those kind of moves. They have their own mind set and they might also be expecting a bull run for their own crypto that they are holding.
It is true we are being dragged by bitcoin, up and down. But we cannot force everybody to join moving it to bitcoin just for the purpose of a bull run for every altcoins.

What I have noticed is that in times of strong bull run or strong bear market, altcoins are suffering much more than Bitcoin, while they tend to thrive when the BTC market is in phases of consolidation. So this should give you some signal on when to stay in BTC and when in alts.

I have already done it mate. I also think that it is better to keep your money in Bitcoin during the bearish market
It's clear. The more money you invest in coins, the more popular the coin. because if you invest in bitcoin it will be popular and expensive.

But the price of almost all altcoin fall to Bitcoin price which is falling to dollar lol

The Bitcoin market dominance increases whenever the market crashes and this time also there are no exceptions. But dumping your alts at this point of time can be a stupid decision, as we don't know when the recovery is going to start.
Anyone who is expecting any bull run anytime soon is actually kidding. Every year is not always going to be the same, we are in a bear market and it is better for almost everyone to accept that fact and before we can even start seeing some bullish possibilities, it will be towards the end of the year/next year. Moving out of alts now though may not be the best move as there is a possibility they might be having some good move very soon, and anyone holding may actually want to be targeting the peak instead to stash up more bitcoin for the long run.

I say No.. because last year I saw altcoins and BTC markets were down and I lost a lot of money in my a capital. Now I recommended to inverters should be done to convert USDT in your all cryptocurrencies. It's my openion.

It is good to convert some of your altcoins to Bitcoin now because as soon as the Bitcoin bull run begins, there will be many people converting their Altcoins to BTC to get more profit and this will result in Altcoins price going low and BTC's price going high. So you will miss the opportunity from both the sides. Its better for you to exchange your alts to BTC.

Your idea is so naive, the market is not as simple as you think! In fact, the current value of bitcoin is very high, even if you have a lot of money will not be able to pull the market! Because other people have more bitcoin!
