Yes you are right using the Bitcoins for the sake of investment a within the same country is quite a risk the biggest factor behind it is that Bitcoins are not legal currency or if you choose to apply them in your local businesses then obviously it will earn you a great loss in return. Tips that you have shared with us was sick of local transactions have proven to be really helpful but the thing is that despite of all possible precautions one would take in order to keep him saved from all possible losses even then it is not an easy task to play it all safe.

The advices are good. Yes, they can help to conduct safe deals and to be 99% sure that everything will go as it should. But still it seems that there are not enough points like: "what to do during a police raid", "check the presence of wiretapping" or "how to hide from your parents that you use bitcoin."
For instance, to confirm the cash contains no counterfeits involves having adequate lighting and the liberty to raise each bill to the light to inspect the security features. For a small amount that can be done inconspicuously even in a coffee shop, but try doing that from a sample of fifty bills and you'll stick out like a sore thumb

Great tips, but even applying all those rules doesnt make local transactions safe, because in most countries bitcoin still doesn't have "material value" status

You use local transactions in a policy if you want to use more than one SQL operation to be treated as a single unit of work.
The following code is a typical template of a policy that uses local transactions. In this policy, SQL_Operation_1 will be executed first. As soon as the operation is completed successfully, the changes will be committed to the database. When the BeginTransaction method is executed, all SQL operations following it will be executed using the same transaction. As a result any changes that they have made will not be committed to the database until the operations are executed successfully and CommitTransaction is executed.

You should be careful in local deals. Should find out information of the seller and buy to not be fooled. Local deals can help you buy bitcoins that are cheaper than the market, but it also implies high risk.
