You are making a point, Talk Merit. I clearly known that TMAN is among the most prestigious members in the forum, who have strict rules for giving away his sMerits. However, as you said, sometimes, TMAN gave his sMerits away for such thread above. I don't like it, but - of course - TMAN can do anything with his sMerits, regardless of merit abusements.
However, such easy giving away might lead to merit begging endemic in the forum.
By the way, I also agree with your point at lots of good works TMAN do to help make the forum better.

Just don't put pirated (copyrights) links and yes you can post new topic in board "Beginners & Help"

Almost certainly if you are providing copies of the books. you should post the link to the publisher's site, rather than offering to provide material that is probably subject to copyright.

I see that the post was useful, so I collected more information from my relatives and friends and that's what they advised me.

You need to mention 3 textbooks on grammar from Raymond Murphy and Martin Hewings
First level Average level Advanced level

Also do not forget about a series of textbooks from Oxford from the creators Norman Coe, Mark Harrison, Ken Paterson, John Eastwood and George Yule

2. For activating vocabulary
English Vocabulary in Use Oxford Word Skills

3. Textbook for grammar
Essential Grammar in Use Grammarway

Rank is independent of awarding of merit. If you have merit to award, click the "+Merit" button on the upper right corner of the post which will take you to another page asking how many merits you want to offer that post.

I’ll keep this in mind, lots of lesson to learn. As a brand new member I am reading some post to get some information in what to do. Then I read your post TYMAN, and I guess it helps a lot…Something keeps in my head is to learn to wait and not pushing too hard to level up for few months and just learn many things in this cycle so I can share worthy and better post to this forum.

Being accepted by some manager in a campaign is not that criteria of being a good poster. Many managers have different yardsticks of post quality and overall its a subjective idea and thus varies from person to person. Since you are willing to improve your post quality I will give you some advice.

1. Post only when you feel you are willing to post and dont post to increase post count.
2. The spam mega threads should be avoided. They are worthless to read or comment in nowadays specially the Bitcoin Discussion, Economics and Altcoin Speculation. Bad thing is Trading Discussion is also going to same place.
3. Try to punctuate properly every post and keep them grammatically correct.
