It is still best to just hodl and wait for the start of bull market again. Even with bounties, I think it would be smart to be patient especially with the market right now. Everyone just got to take the chill pill and just try to accumulate as much coins that you would like to invest in.

Just look at the prices and answer to yourself do you want to sell altcoins for such prices? It is obvious that we have to wait for better times and higher prices ).

Every coins or token has its time to rise and fall. For me if that token goes down I will just keep it on my wallet because as what ive observe every end of the year all coins goes up and i will wait for that to happen. Its worth the wait.
The best thing to do for me when the value decreases is just hold. and wait for the time it increases again. Don't be one of the panic sellers out there and just sells everything when you get nervous.

The thing i do when the token i own goes down is to just wait until the value of my token will go up again and even that there are so many tokens is dumping after it will get list on the market i am not still selling my token immediately especially when the token i own have a good future. Many of the projects the ICO are unable to collect even the softcup, and even if harvested, the token once goes to the stock exchange immediately drops in price.
