there is no to late, you can try in any situation and can learn from that.
I also just joined crypto in 2018 and learned many things from airdrop bounty trading and others.so you can start from anytime you know.

So do we have some members here that wished to invest in bitcoin a year or 2 years ago? Now that bitcoin dropped below $20k, investors have the opportunity to travel back in time which was 2020, the year before the last time bitcoin went into halving. Next year is bitcoin halving once again. There is plenty of time remaining for us to invest or start a DCA on bitcoin and some of your chosen altcoins. Personally, this drop in price can only lead bitcoin to another mini bull run this year which will be around $30k or even more.

Hi!

I have heard about Bitcoin back in 2017 but never got to learn regarding about it. I always thought that crypto was a fluke and that it would definitely not be a type of transaction until pandemic happens. So, as the title would suggest, is it too late to start investing on crypto? And if not, what would be the essentials to learn on working on it?

Thanks in advance!

No, it's not too late to start.  In my opinion, you are very timely interested in this topic.

It's good that you didn't buy $69,000 bitcoin at the time.  In this case, you would have to wait a very long time for the moment when you first cover your losses and then make a profit.

However, there is currently a lull in the cryptocurrency market (bear market).  The price of bitcoin will rise in the future and exceed $70,000, and at present, you can buy the first cryptocurrency quite cheaply.

For example, today the purchase price of Bitcoin is less than $20,000....

In my opinion, this is a very good purchase price in terms of long-term growth in the price of this financial asset.

Questions asked with the same thought of being too late, no guys, you're not that late at all at the party. You're only gonna be late if you don't do any action from the time you've recognized that it's getting late for you. So, do and take your actions as if you really want to get in while it's not that too late.
Years back then, you'll see people having the same thought and they've taken actions and they're in happily and enjoying that they've got in early during those times when they've thought that it's already too late for them. To OP and everyone who's having this thought and is quite new to buying bitcoin and on this market, don't listen to that thought of yours of being late, you're just new and there's still a lot of space for the market to flourish.
I thought the advice should be pretty specific since the OP seems to like bitcoin over altcoin. I'm not advice the OP consider multiple altcoin for one reason, certainly because their use case as currency is too low compared to bitcoin. So it's definitely never too late to invest in bitcoins, in fact they have to be capable enough considering the current market conditions to buy bitcoin.

Some altcoin of choice might be good if the OP wants to diversify his assets, not just bitcoin, but avoid the hype-filled and pump-and-dump altcoin. It was a advice, but he had to do some analysis to determine which one was the best to choose.

It's never too late to get into the crypto world. You can enter anytime. However, it should be noted that there are many tokens circulating in the market, you as an investor need to research which token you want to invest in first. As a recommendation, you can start from Bitcoin or BNB and hold it for the period you want. But if you want to know more, you can take a look at CoinMarketCap and sort out the potential tokens.

It's best for beginners like you to avoid tokens from projects like DeFi, Metaverse, and GameFi. I'm not saying that the tokens from these projects are not good, it's just that these tokens have a greater chance of being scammed than popular tokens like Ethereum or BNB or other popular tokens. And should you deepen your knowledge of terms in the crypto market, there are many sites that you can access to gain general knowledge about crypto. Hope that helps.

There's no such thing as late in crypto. If you want to consider investing in crypto, the door is always open.

Everyone can treat crypto as an investment or currency. Everyone is welcome here.

Of course, don't just jump into something you don't understand well. Spend time reading anything about crypto and be patient before risking your money.

It's never too late for you to invest in bitcoin, the first thing I will advise you to do is to learn about bitcoin and cryptocurrency in general, it won't make sense for you to just invest in what you don't really know much about. Don't be suprise that people that don't invest in bitcoin currently will still regret why they didn't invest now later in the future. To me bitcoin price is still very cheap now so you shouldn't miss the opportunity. If you investment in bitcoin in 2017, by now you will have been smiling whenever you check your wallet, but u missed the opportunity, you should miss another opportunity again.

Nice question "OP, my advice to you is that it's never too late to start whatever you want to but the earlier the better for you so you will not regret more than this. If you had invested in the year 2017 with $100 I know you would have gotten a thousand boxes, but suggest for you that before you come into this crypto planet you learn 📕  more and never forget.
That’s a good line, the earlier the better.
You have to move on and forget about that wasted opportunity now that you are here better to make it more worth it and grab the opportunity to buy more. Learn now while the market is in the sideway trend and a possible big drop, watch it closely because you might see good opportunity to buy again, its not too late for this.
Speaking of wasted opportunity then for sure lots of us had really that experienced on having those lots of opportunities that you had missed out which is something that cant really be avoided because life is full
of unexpected things that might encounter ahead which causes us for making those decisions which it would neither cause good or bad on upcoming years to come.It is really just that stressful for us to mind
off that what if we do able to get in that early? For sure we are really  that cherishing that financial freedom basing up on what we do able to earn.Just like the rest been saying
that its never been too late but even if we do speak about being late but its better rather than on not taking any step at all.

It is never too late to do something, bitcoin is not going to disappear as it has a bright future ahead of it, and most likely taking into account the current demographic of the average person which is interested on investing in bitcoin then you are young enough to be able to hold bitcoin for a few decades, then if you want to begin to invest in bitcoin you can do it, just remember to hold your coin by yourself, avoid any supposed opportunity that sounds too good to be true and avoid becoming a victim of FUD or FOMO and you will do fine.
Well, there is no late from investing but missing this opportunity is a great loss for us.
People who think about being late are literally not looking for their fortune but likely just seeing what they have done in the past. It might be a mistake for not invest in Bitcoin earlier but not blame ourselves as well for this because not all have the courage before and most of us have been influenced by uncertainties and negative views of the market. Now that we are realizing Bitcoin is a good investment, then this is the right to start.

Not at all. People need to realise that you are never too late to enter cryptos it's always within time to enter them. Generally these thoughts come to people during the bull run currently we are in a bad bear run and there is ample of time for you to invest in the market to reap some good returns out of it then why are you worried about the timming? This is absolutely the correct time to start in this market.
Specially on Bitcoin and some altcoins in the market now considering that we are crashing as of this moment or declining then this is the best spot on which you could really be able to buy cheap coins or simply having that bargain sale before the market would really be having some recovery or rebound. This is why its not really that ideal on making yourself that isolated just because on what you do see on the market.
Yes, value might have able to increase on how many folds but doesnt mean that it would really be that late for you to get in.This is why never make yourself that mind off about
being that late because you could still get in as much and anything you do want or like.

It's never too late to invest in bitcoin, but the sooner you invest, the better your chances will be. For me, the bitcoin revolution is still in its infancy because many people still don't know about it, and we are pioneers. 14 years of existence and growth sounds like a long time but compared to gold or other assets, and the popularity is very small, that means the opportunity for us is huge. Don't think the $20k price is too high, it's no longer profitable for you, because if you understand bitcoin, you know it can go up to $1 million per bitcoin in the future. Let's start right now.
We can assure ourselves of how the bitcoin price will be made in the future, even if it goes beyond $200K, $500K or higher. But in fact, someone with no experience and who doesn't understand bitcoin will find it very difficult to see this potential, especially since bitcoin is new to him.

After bitcoin hit ATH at $69K, then of course $21K isn't currently a high value to hit the buy button. Yes, they still need to weigh in and come up with the best buying strategy as the market has fallen a lot since the $25K was unsustainable at February. DCA is the solution, so make sure they stay away from worrying too much.

It's not too late to make an investment in cryptocurrencies, but you should be mindful of the risks and conduct thorough research first. Understanding bitcoin, learning about blockchain technology, researching various cryptocurrencies, selecting a trustworthy exchange, comprehending the dangers involved, and taking investment portfolios into consideration. Take the step now so that you won't have any regrets in the future.
Bitcoin have been in existence in the past decades and traders have benefited alot from the coin. It's very critical for the present generation not to adapt to the rapid development of the market. Taking larger risks while having good market liquidity is what cryptocurrency is all about. It's never too late to negotiate for a spot in the cryptocurrency market because everyone has access to it because to individual stability. Future adoption of cryptocurrency will be crucial, so we should make the most of the time we currently have to invest properly in it. There is still time to stand out and choose wisely what to do in the near future.

It's a good question that's been making me think, and I'm sure it's been on the thoughts of lotsa folks recently. The point of investing in cryptocurrencies is not merely financial gain; rather, it is to back a revolutionary new technology. While considering whether or not to join the crypto bandwagon, consider your goals and your tolerance for risk. That opportunity to become wealthy overnight may have passed you by. Nonetheless, if you're laid-back and prepared to put in the time and effort, you may yet find success.

There's a lot to unpack when it comes to studying crypto. There are hazards associated with investing in cryptocurrencies that you should be aware of in addition to learning the fundamentals of blockchain technology. Consider the numerous security and volatility issues. Investing in cryptocurrency is a decision that should be given plenty of thought and study. Good luck, and don't hesitate to get in touch if you have any more inquiries!

"Op, this is just the beginning. If you do not invest now, you may regret it in five to ten years.

I first heard about Bitcoin in 2011, but did not invest until 2016 when a friend informed me that he was earning a livelihood from Bitcoin.

Despite the current challenges, this is an opportune time for forward-thinking individuals, as we recognize that the era of cryptocurrency dominance in the world economy is imminent."
